A couple people here are reviewing based on personal problems. The Business is family run and so there's bound to be problems. From what I know one of the reviews came from a friend of a family member of the stores owner. With confidence she was asked if a wallet was dropped on her lawn and she became very angry. Another one of the reviews the glass figurines was made, yet they fail to realize that th walked in to the store in a unstable condition and was not reasoning and cussed out the owner. Overall yes there may be problems but at the same time since it's a small business people take advantage of the situation to try to get away with a lot of things. Do NOT go here! Went to get some glass figurines with the picture of my recently deceased grandparents and a rosary with their names, to give out on the day of their funeral service. Went on a Saturday and the store attendant called to ask the owner of the store for a price on the figurines and when they would be ready by. The store attendant said that the rosaries would be ready by Monday because those are "simple and easy" and that the glass figurines would be ready by Wednesday because those take a little bit longer, Which to me was perfect since their service was on Friday. Went to the store on Monday and a different store attendant had to call the owner to find out about the rosaries. She was told by the store owner that they were not ready. I was very understanding and I told the store attendant that I would just pick them up on Wednesday with the rest of my order. On Wednesday I go back and this time the store owner was there. I went in asking for my order and was once again told that it was not ready. I continued to explain to her that 'I was promised everything by today' and she started to raise her voice and in a very rude way , proceeded to tell me that 'it's a very detailed project and it takes more time to do plus that I had gotten a really good price on my order', when NEVER ONCE was the price an issue because I was willing to pay whatever was quoted to me. I explained that I was only going by what her employee told me on Saturday and I had already placed a deposit for my items to be ready by a certain time. Needless to say, I left there and disputed the amount with my bank and the store did not receive a penny from me and I will never go back there again. This person does not know a thing about customer service, she has the worst attitude and does not know how to run a business. read more

Horrible experience they were unprofessional and unpunctual. We ordered 10 round tables and 100 chairs and were only brought seven tables. Besides not fulfilling our order correctly, some of the tables were broken! After asking for a refund for, she then proceeded to lie and REFUSED to reimburse us. read more

I will never go here again and I made sure everyone I knew never comes here. The owner made me go through so much stress. I was planning a wedding for May, I made reservations in January. I first asked for 17 long tables with 130 chairs, with table covers that reached to the floor, and 3 canopies. The lady who helped me ended up taking another job, so when I went to make a payment, the owner started being rude, telling me that they don't promise everything I had previously ordered with the first lady. The second time I went to make a payment, I had to add more tables, more covers that reached the floor, and more chairs. The daughter of the owner was the one who helped me then. The last time I went to make a payment, the owner was not being helpful at all! She stressed me out telling me she isn't going to give me all that for a cheap prize, and she isn't going to waste money on me, and wouldn't work with me until I told her why is she making it hard, she should have told me from the beginning that she couldn't follow through. I asked for the things two days before the wedding since I was the one to prepare everything and I wasn't going to have time on the day of. She didn't want to. The first lady that helped me was so kind and helpful, but the owner, she does not have no professional customer service, doesn't work with you, and then to top it off starts telling you all of her problems and how you're a problem to her too. She did promise to give me the long table covers two days before, when I came to pick them up they weren't ready and they blamed me for adding 9 more table covers. They knew about the additional ones two weeks prior and they started working on it late. She told me they'll be ready the next day on Friday. So I came in when they opened and they got mad at me, asking me what I'm doing there so early to come back between 5-6pm. I show up at 7pm and they're still not ready. The owner tells me she'll give them to me at 9pm. I didn't receive my long table covers until 11:30pm that night, before my wedding. I was so stressed and overwhelmed, and to top it off she continues to tell me all her problems. Not to mentioned I got blamed for money missing, making me feel like I took her whole salary the night she dropped off the table covers... she said she must have dropped her wallet at my property and she was practically begging me to return it to her. So unprofessional , lack of customer service skills, unethical, dramatic, and full of problems and she'll let you know you're one of them. Never going back and I don't recommend anyone to come here. read more
