I visited several cabinetry vendors in the area, but the moment I walked into DDS, I immediately knew this was where I'd be purchasing from. First of all, the showroom is beautiful. The displays are thoughtfully designed, with so many custom ideas and truly lovely craftsmanship. It made it easy to visualize possibilities for my own space. Secondly - the pricing. Based on how gorgeous their cabinetry is, I was convinced it would be way out of my budget. To my surprise, DDS provided the BEST quote out of all the vendors I visited! When I received the pricing, I was honestly shocked (in the best way!). I was even able to add more to my order than I originally planned. They offer tons of customization options and have a very quick turnaround time. My parents did two (smaller) kitchen remodels recently from vendors in the area - my kitchen was quite a bit larger and ended up being much more affordable than theirs AND nicer quality! And most importantly: the customer service. This was my first time shopping for cabinetry, and I felt completely lost at first. I worked with Grace throughout the entire process, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She was patient, thorough, and incredibly supportive. She helped me narrow down options that truly aligned with my vision and asked thoughtful questions to fully understand my style and needs. I never felt pressured or pushed into any purchases and I felt that she was really working towards making my vision come true, not making a sale At one point, she received a preview of cabinets I had already selected and immediately recognized that I wouldn't be happy with the outcome - she sent photos right away. I had to pivot from my original vision and Grace worked quickly to adjust my order, even though the final purchase ended up costing less than my original selection. That level of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated. As I continue building out my space, I'll definitely be returning to Grace at DDS for future cabinetry. Grace who is also great, is the person at the front desk who assisted with all the floor plans. We of course ran into some hurdles as I expected with any renovation , however the service from Grace and Peter was top notch. There was a language barrier with the construction workers but we just called Grace to translate. There timed it would be tough when she wasn't available. I highly recommend them. Juan was incredibly accommodating, worked with my last-minute change, and somehow made it happen. We ended up with a completely new kitchen (pantry + quartz countertops / backsplash) within just two weeks. When meeting with Alfredo, my husband specifically asked for higher quality drawer soft close mechanics, and he said that it would some brand called "Blum". We even told him we would pay extra so ensure that it would be top of the line. Within a couple months of installation, all of the ones in our closets starting having problems and would not close properly. Now, our kitchen cabinets all have problems as wells. In addition to the quality of the cabinets, we had such a time delay of our project all due to Bella Closets. I believe we were delayed at least an additional 4 months. I remember the only competent employee that they had was Tania. Everyone else did not know what was happening. Anyways steer away from Bella Closets if you want your project to be completed on time and if you want quality soft drawer close.

They speak multiple languages, including fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese (at least whose were the languages I heard). In addition to flooring, they also have cabinet options. For those wanting custom-made cabinets, they have the huge planks of wood/styling for doing so. Overall, I'd come back here for remodeling or renovation needs.

It wasn't too convincing, but given the opportunity that the guy was helping us want to do some business. The lady gave us a quote for specific for five dollars and then when the gentleman helped us he gave us a go for three dollars per knob. The price is good didn't complain since we were on decisive. The gentleman who was helping us was getting frustrated but customers could've got frustrated because he didn't have the knobs that we were looking for as the sales person. I went through 3 custom made cabinet contractors and everything was either a horrible non-functioning design or overpriced. I came here on a recommendation from a friend. The first time i sat down with Carmen she gave me a usable kitchen design for a cook. Their selection was adequate. i do not have time to look through 10 catalogs. I picked my items made some adjustments and was done. I do want to highlight that their quartz pricing and installation is super competitive. Now for the work. Even the other contractors onsite (GC, plumber, fine finish carpenter, flooring) were impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The cabinets were up in 2 days and the counter tops in 1 day. They are one of the few stars in my remodel. The pics do not do the work justice. I took them towards dusk.
