Old siding. Warped and in need of paint.
    Dan D.

We could not be happier with the work that Javier and his crew have done. Ivonne answered my request for a quote immediately, and Javier was at our house a couple days later. His quote was much lower than 3 other quotes we received. We had wood siding that had rotted and needed to be replaced and painted. Javier did an amazing job and even added some other jobs that needed work without increasing the quote. All in all, it has been one of the best values I've gotten from using a contractor on Yelp. I'm even booking him to do some additional work. Thank you, J&I!

I'm so honored to be the first Yelp reviewer for his handyman service. He's deserved to have more than 5-stars! I'm his repeated customer and he did a lot of fix-ups for my house & investment properties. He did some improvements like painting, refinish hardwood floors, tile works, etc. By the way, he did a great job in doing tiles for bathroom and kitchen too. He's a friendly guy, honest, pretty responsive, his price is competitive, and always try his best to fit into your schedule and get it done in a timely manner, and he also did a quality work. He would not hesitate to take a project in Lancaster or Riverside area. Yesterday, I was amazed to see that my BMW i3 charging cable has its own spot! It looks so neat with the white board. It's his idea to put it like that to look like a charging station. I highly recommend Javier for any house repair needs and kitchen & bathroom remodel.

I had to message the company to find out if they were going to show up for a scheduled appointment, smh!

Made an appointment with Ivonne earlier in the week and confirmed it for Saturday at 1pm. I told her that it would be hard for me to get off of work on the weekends, but understood this was their only available appointment so I accepted. Sent her my name, number, and location. I showed up to the location at the appointment time. After waiting 15 mins I tried calling the office, no answer. I messaged her through the yelp app just to get a message that reads "we can't make it." Extremely disappointed in this company! She didn't even call to let me know beforehand. So unprofessional and disrespectful!!! Needless to say, I'm not using their services. Please beware

Carlos came out and provided 2 different quotes, one for full replacement and another one for replacing only a portion to include upgrading all the vents. I wasn't expecting that but after consideration, I thought that was the best option. We scheduled the repair and they were prompt, professional, and clean. His team came out on time and worked like a machine to complete in one day. They cleaned up after they were done and then the foreman came out same day to inspect and perform quality control. I really wanted to give this company 5 stars because of Jose, the foreman. He was amazing to work with, attentative, and prompt. Salt of the earth! Carlos, the owner, was also amazing, prompt, straightforward, knowledgeable. They did an amazing job on my roof. Roof itself 5/5. No complaints. However, I do believe the job and the service itself is 3 stars. Not bad but not amazing. I ended up walking away from this experience just kind of meh but wanted to share my honest thoughts so it'll help others. That being said, there were a couple hiccups that happened along the way. No one contacted me prior to the day of my start date/roof removal. The office manager kind of chucked it as the person who supposed to let me know was out sick. They require someone be home to sign off on the work so not letting me know seemed off.. Not a peep about what time theyll be arriving, what to expect. Etc. Yes, they walk you through this process during quotation but thats about 4 to 6 weeks out before the actual day. They also didnt let me know which day or what time. I had to reach out myself multiple times. The team is quick but I also think their speed leaves them a bit careless. After they were done, I was left with a patched ceiling (beautifully patched but I feel like shouldn't have happened in the first place), kitchen/outdoor light that no longer works, loose recessed lighting,, and plumbing leak. They also let you know and disclose that things may break since theres pressure on the roof. Its in the contract but it highlights loose items and such... but realistically, not electrical going out or plumbing leaks based on what ive learned from others and neighbors. I also had my plumbing inspected and redone in September 2024. Now, im not saying they were at fault and that theyre to blame. It could just be my luck that it happened exactly on the day they were up on my roof after living here over a year. Also, very minor but there were trash left around that my inspector found. They were accomodating on making things right although they started to be a little short with me towards the end. I really considered referring them to other friends who needed their roofing done but not sure if my confidence is there if theyll be spending $$$ for an ok experience.

I was so impressed with his work that a couple of my neighbors asked for his information -- he repaired their roofs as well, and they were all very happy with the results. In late 2025, after the big storms, I contacted Coby again for another skylight leak. Just like before, he diagnosed the issue, explained exactly what was causing it, and repaired it at a very reasonable rate. What I appreciate most is his honesty. A lot of roofers are quick to tell you that you need a full roof replacement. Coby is the opposite -- he gives you a true, honest opinion and does everything he can to save you money from unnecessary work. He takes the time to find the real source of the leak and shows you the proof. It's very hard to find a dependable roofer, especially when you have a two‑story house and can't get up there yourself. You have to trust the person you hire, and I trust Coby wholeheartedly. He stands behind his work, he enjoys what he does, and it shows in the quality and care he puts into every job. Highly recommended.

Some was so bad that you could literally see exposed underlayment. I was only able to catch this due to a bathroom window I have that just happen to overlook it. If I got the work done on a different part of the roof, probably would never have noticed. And would never be able to call them to address it, so keep that in mind. What's worse is that since the roof work there was no major rain for 16 month, which is outside of the 12 month warranty. So I guess if you never put their roof to the test against mother nature then I guess it's perfect service. But the first time it's suppose to do its job it fails to do so. At this point I'm not sure what they did mess up my tiles and take my money for the privilege. I would literally be in a better position had I not paid them to do "work" on my roof. I tried contacting them several times and met with the cold shoulder. I'm probably just going to eat my losses here but if you're considering them, just be warned. Received a call that someone would come to our home Friday, May 8th at 8 am. I received a text from an employee named Justin describing his background and that he would be here at 8 am on Friday. At 9 am I texted him to ask his whereabouts. No answer. I advised him we would be walking the dog and to text me when he was arriving. Justin never returned my texts nor did he show up. The owner Sergio showed up at 10 am. I advised him Justin never contacted me back. Apparently, there was a call in so Justin was needed to do a job but Justin never bothered to inform us. Sergio said the company has a 2 hour window for any estimate appointments. This detail was not on the mail I was sent saying the appoitnment was at 8 am. I told Sergio I just wanted the ponding to be sprayed and that I would apply the 2 coats of elastomeric myself. To me, it felt like he was using scare tactics and saying the job required a full crew. He said all of the solar panels needed to be covered which made sense to me. I have bought and sold several homes and have had rentals. I understand the work required to do a job. To me, it would take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours tops to spray foam the areas that needed to be raised just a few inches. We agreed the total sqaure footage to be spray a few inches was approximately 500 square feet. He said he needed the weekend to come up with an estimate because he had softball over the weekend. People have socials lives. I get it. To me, based on the work required and the amount of spray foam needed, I felt an appropriate estimate would be $2000 tops. I asked him off the top of his head what a rough quote would be, he said between $5000 and $7000. Well, it is Friday and no call, no email, no text and no quote. Again, I felt he was trying to scare me as I suspect he did not understand my knowledge base. You have a choice in picking a contractor in doing roof repair. Would you pick a contractor whose employees do not show up, someone finally shows up 2 hours late, claims there is a 2 hour window, verbally quotes a ridiculous amount, says a written estimate is coming 3 says later, then fails to sent a quote or any form of communication a week later?

Work we wanted done: New roof and Solar installation. 1000 sqft home with 12 panels. When we started the process: August 15th Cost: 65k Why we chose them: They are not the best priced but we felt like their service level would be better than a huge national company. We were very wrong. Also they were certified platinum through the roofing company and solar we wanted. What has gone wrong in a nutshell: We felt very forgotten and gaslit throughout this process. We were told and notified things were submitted when they weren't. They blamed the city on getting permits on time but in reality the permits were approved weeks before they came out. The process wasn't given to us on how things were going to happen and in what steps, we got different answers every time we asked about this. Then when we follow up we get told that we still have time etc etc. Even when we have people scheduled to come do the install the workers didn't show up, they didn't even know until we called, then said a delivery should have happened the day before. Again, not keeping us in the loop. I would have assumed that through all the hoops we had to jump through they would have given us more TLC, nope. Not at all. Nick Messenger said he was going to personally help me project manage this, but I haven't heard back from him after he made that comment. Not through text not through call. And every time we do talk on a call it's because whatever was happening blew over and he would assume that I'm happy now. So all in all this is just another really good sales team. I highly suggest not going with them and finding a cheaper place that might be a national company of sorts so that you have more protection and better pricing. Anywho feel free to DM me if you want proof and details. I attached some of the communication I have had with them too.

I was promised a technician will come and show us how to operate the system, the scheduling for that has been a nightmare. I reached out to their Marketing Director who promised to assist, but that didn't lead to anywhere. Overall extremely poor communication and even poorer project management. The owner Hazel doesn't seem to care - initially said she will take over communication and then she was just as bad. I have made every possible effort and have voiced every possible concern, but that has all been brushed off. ----- Communication throughout this entire project has been extremely frustrating, and often nonexistent. Nick was my original Project Manager, and later Hazel, the company owner, took over. Initial meetings went well, and Nick said all the things I wanted to hear. We signed agreements in September, and I was asked multiple times to provide copies of my utility bill. By the end of October, I hadn't heard anything, so I followed up myself about permits. During the sales process, I was told permits take 6-8 weeks, but later I was told they're instant. Communication was either completely silent or contradictory. At the end of November, after chasing for updates again, I was told someone would contact me the week of Thanksgiving to schedule installation. That didn't happen. In early December, after following up again, I was suddenly told I needed a different system installed--supposedly better, but with a shorter warranty. I didn't really have a choice, so I agreed. Installation was scheduled for December 8. December 8 came and went--no one showed up, no call, nothing. I escalated, and Hazel personally assured me she would oversee the project. A new date was set for December 16, and the system was finally installed. After that, I was told Edison needed to install a meter, and that the system should be operational by mid-January. They had me sign an installation completion document and followed up aggressively to get it signed, but what they didn't explain is that they would use that to immediately collect payment from my lender - before the system was operational or had passed inspections. Throughout January, I kept following up and was told Edison was outside their control. On January 13, my father passed away, and I informed them I had to leave the country. I stressed that Edison needed access before I left since my home is gated. Hazel completely ignored my calls and messages. I contacted Nick, and instead of helping, he accused me of "creating negative scenarios" for simply asking questions and expressing frustration. He said he would coordinate with my husband while I was gone, but never even contacted him. I returned on January 31 to find no one had reached out. Edison had eventually shown up and luckily was able to access the property through my mother-in-law. I followed up again - Nick didn't respond. I called Hazel who told me there are still inspections required, with no clear timeline. Today is February 9, and I'm waiting on the first inspection on February 13. The system is still not operational, and I have no clarity on when it will be. They just continue blaming it on other parties but still don't proactively communicate to keep me informed, I have to drag it out of them. A lot of important details were never disclosed during the sales process, especially the number of third-party dependencies and delays that may occur. Despite this, they've already collected full payment from my lender. I'm now paying for a system that isn't working, with no clear timeline on when it will be and no accountability from the project team. I've also not been trained on what to do and how to use the system once it is in fact live. I would not recommend working with them. It's also awfully inappropriate to be sending Facebook friend requests to customers.
