I visited the Euless location right before Christmas to sell a 15 carat diamond collar necklace. I was greeted by a friendly team of associates upon entry. I was referred to Daniel Cerrato since he was more experienced with this particular piece. Daniel provided me with what I felt was a reasonable offer but I wanted to see if I could get just a little bit more for the necklace so I told the team I'd sleep on it and return later if I was not successful in receiving a better offer and I left the store. I checked Arlington Gold in Arlington and their offer was in line with the one in Euless but less than the one received by Daniel so I returned to Dallas Gold but it was the one on Preston Road in Dallas and at that time approached by Ali Sheraz, the IN-HOUSE EXPERT who offered me only 25 percent of what I was offered at the location over at Euless. I asked why is there such a big difference when the offer is coming from the same company, just two different locations/people and I was told by him, he's an expert and that's what he could offer me at that location. He went on to ask what location/who provided my previous offer?? I in-turn asked him to explain why are the offers so far off but the other location's quote is right in line with Arlington Gold's so I'm a little confused but he could not provide a logic explanation so I asked for his business card and swiftly exited. Although I met with him at the Preston location in Dallas, he gave me a business card with a Frisco address so I questioned this too and found out, he's about to be a manager at the Frisco location that will be opening soon. In all respect, either Daniel at the Euless location and the owners at Arlington Gold needs to be re-trained OR ALI, THE SOON TO BE MANAGER AT THE FRISCO LOCATION, needs to be TRAINED by Arlington Gold and/or Daniel! Clearly, my five stars are for the Euless location and everyone stay away from Ali over at the Dallas or in the future, the Frisco location! Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange has jewelry that is of amazing quality; they have a great selection to choose from, and their pricing is perfect! FAST, pleasant, and EXTREMELY helpful: the words I'd use to describe Daniel Cerrato and his staff! Being from a small town, it is really difficult to find a decent selection of jewelry at a good price. To make things worse, I was in a time crunch! LoL, I need a ring fast. So, I called Dallas Gold & Silver Exchange, hoping they could deliver, and what I got was way more than I could have realistically hoped for! Daniel spent two days speaking to me, as I tried to explain the type of rings my girlfriend likes. He was extremely patient, and would send me pictures of different ring suggestions. After finally making a selection, he and his staff went way beyond the call of duty, and did everything they could to get the ring to me as soon as possible. In fact, they got it to me not just the next day, but it arrived in the morning! I'd like to emphasize that the purchase was made SIGHT UNSEEN and when it arrived, it was just as described and as pictured. After shopping several jewelry stores and on-line for a Rolex watch, my daughter found one of interest at this store. The sales person Kat was one of the nicest young ladies we dealt with, she was not pushy or aggressive and wanted to make sure it's what I was looking for. My daughter told her she wanted to think about it to be sure, Kat checked with the Manager for the best price. We continued to shop around and ended up back at this Gold and Silver Exchange. Kat was not working that day but the manager took over and was just as pleasant ad Kat. The watch needed an extra link, we had a choice of having it sent to the store or driving to Dallas to have it put on the watch. He called over to Dallas so they would know we were on our way. We went and everything was smooth and quick. The watch is beautiful and she received the best price of any other store she shopped. I had been looking for a certain newer-model Rolex watch and couldn't find it anywhere. None of the so-called Authorized Rolex Dealers in the metroplex had it in stock. Excellent place to do business. Very friendly personnel and quick service. Needed links removed on a watch and was able to have it done while I waited. They even offered to take more out if it didn't fit properly on my Mom's wrist.
