Just purchased a new Acura TLX on Monday. Wednesday some boxes fell and landed on the hood. A terrible and noticeable ding was on the hood. We were sick about the damage. Called Joe that afternoon. After stopping by to get an estimate, I scheduled an appointment to get the work done. Joe came out to my apartment and working in my garage, got all my dents (roughly a dozen) out in just a couple hours. A few dents were even near body lines and edges which can be tricky to fix. My fiancée's Mini Cooper got damaged pretty badly (3-4 dozen dings) by the recent hailstorm here in Dallas. After googling for PDR shops in Dallas, I decided to reach out to Joe, based on the positive ratings I saw on google. From the beginning Joe was polite, and patiently helped me understand how the repair process was going to be, since we were completely new to this situation. When we brought the car in, upon inspection, he was honest and upfront about what he could repair and the couple dings he wasn't a 100% certain about. This honesty of his assured me I had made the right choice. He also told us he was willing to absorb the $500 deductible so we wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. Initially the insurance company had cut us a check which covered about 40% of the estimated cost. (Apparently this is the norm) Joe took our insurance information and worked directly with them to ensure the right amount was paid out, and took care of all the repair work. When we got the car back, it looked like it was never damaged. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work performed by Joe, and his professional demeanor. He's flexible, easy going, honest and most importantly provides first class results when it comes to the art of P.D.R. I've used him twice now. Both times he made time to come to my home or office at my convenience. He could tell I'm particular about my cars and asked for my input on the results as he worked the dents out. Joe is the best at what he does. Period. I had him take out some routine dings on my 2002 X5 a few years back, and I remember him being professional and doing a great job. So I knew who to call when I purchased a 16-year-old vehicle with normal wear and tear. My "new-to-me" BMW Z3M had about 10 dents on various panels (both doors, rear quarters, hood) from its previous owners.
