I got an initial quote from Sergio, then a few days later after dropping off my auto, Sergio increased the quote by $400 after I had no choice but to use him. Only three months later, two parts he installed fell off the car. And Sergio refused to fix it, instead offering to fix it and ask for more money, saying the parts were never included the first time. I found Sergio after submitting a quote request from a bunch of auto body shops on Yelp. He responded quickly and quoted me a very fair price. I was a little unsure about going with him as he didn't have a huge online presence, so I visited a few other body shops I had been recommended to that day to see if I could get any other quotes. I found that most of the other shop owners were totally ripping me off, and I didn't trust that they would do a great job. They felt more like salesmen than mechanics. I was very frustrated towards the end and decided to visit Sergio's shop before going home. As soon as I met Sergio I knew he would be the one to fix my car. Phenomenal work. I bought my truck used at night. I know...but it was a good deal especially in a hot truck market. So when the sun came up you see all the scratches and the dent in the chrome front bumper you couldn't see . Figured I'd get it fixed over time sourced a bumper, etc., and then my poor truck was assaulted by a shopping cart put a 8 inch gash in my door. I sent him the best pictures I could and he gave me a quote. I said that's reasonable but let me bring it to you first before you finalize that quote. I took it to him he said yeah the pics didn't quite give the whole picture but I'll honor my quote. I was floored. He said I'll have it done in 4 days...took a little longer but I really thought that was a conservative estimate. He washed my truck and said come get it and when I tell you that my truck looks brand new, I am not exaggerating. I was stunned, he's local, he honors his word and does excellent work. If you need work done call Sergio you won't regret it and I doubt you'll find a better deal. read more
