Took us in last second, even when I sensed it was not convenient for us to walk in on a Friday begging for help with putting on new leaf springs we brought in, that weren't even an exact replacement fit, where other parts and front end work especially, would be required for a perfect job done. I'll eventually redo the entire steering/suspension, where I'll reinstall the drivers side u bolts evenly like they are on the passenger side, but this was great here, being helped last second like this. Yet what I really appreciate most is authentic business, where my ass is not being kissed, I'm not receiving fake smiles and no one's pretending to be excited when they're not. I really liked this guys attitude. Don't know if he's the owner or what. I personally don't trust anyone who's smiling really big like they're truly happy to see me walk into their repair shop hauling in leaf spring packs on a Friday, and never having met me before. I wish more business owners and employees would be authentic people, and just say it how it is, be who they are, be in whatever mood they're in and don't front. Sadly that's not what naive consumers want- the ones who know nothing about how to fix their own cars while also running a shop. (Most everyone I assume). People complain all the time about real attitudes, but if they want fake ones, they should expect fake business. Which is what 99.9% of what we gets in shops... I'm paying these sweet smiling faces thousands to break my autos. It happens every time- I travel a lot. I go back to say the repair went poorly, and they smile really big, saying it did not. That everything is great or something else is wrong. Then I go home pissed as hell at myself for even going back, because if it's bad the first time, it's only getting worse if you go back. (Never go back). I then dust off and drag out my floor Jack and stands with my crippled disabled ass body that can barely turn a wrench most days, And I get to pull off all the mountains of parts they broke and yank out $350 new Delphi fuel pumps they put in, to find it's full of mud as I'd suspected, and never would have known unless I could remove my entire fuel tank out on the side of the not-level-street to pull it out myself to confirm my suspicions. Then I get to see the frame damage from them over tightening things, missing the bullseye with their hammers and wacking huge dents into my now altered rusting frame. I get to see my $100 fuel filler hose was cut down the side- and too far down, as well- because they removed it the fast lazy way. (Because I'll never see it... yeah). I get to go buy all new parts myself, and then I get to reinstall them myself, using my real torque wrench with my real torque specs and real brain, and I get to think about how all these fancy shops with free cold water bottles and new leather sofas and their smiling faces gaining 5 stars on Yelp! are so good at being fake and getting away with it, because they know the game and they know that you don't know shit. How you don't know that they strategize dishonest ways to get Yelp! to take my honest reviews down. I don't want fake repair work done on my truck anymore, so seriously thanks for being one of those rare authentic humans, and who's behind the counter while under the car too. End review rant. I was very pleased with the quality of work, the time it took to get the entire job completed, and the value I received for my money. This is a "Working Man's" Shop! I was referred to this place because the original shop that I took my car to was unable to perform my alignment. I walked in and I waited about 2 hrs. The owner came out and told me I was all set. He explained what was wrong and said it's all fixed. The price was reasonable given other places that quoted me a higher price. I'm needed an alignment so called ahead to book an appointment with the guy who runs the shop. He said that they don't take appointments but they do walk-ins. He said it would take about 45 mins to 1.5 hours to get it done. Sounds good. So I took a day off of work and drove from an hour away to get it done. I got to the shop before they opened and was the first one there. Once they opened the shop I walked in and said good morning to the guy running the shop. He replied "yep". I said "I would like to get an alignment". He said "not going to happen today. I've got too much sh*t to do". I said "you can't get me in today?". He said "nope" so I left. Why would he insist on the phone that walk-ins are preferred and that they don't book appointments? If it was a mistake and he didn't expect to be busy then he should have explained that and tried to set something else up. Don't waste people's time buddy, it's a bad way to do business and won't work our well for you. read more

With Dallas being such a big city you'd think there would be tons of auto shops offering lift and leveling services; however, when I decided to get my truck leveled I had a really hard time finding a place to go. I found a few places online but none of them had reviews which made me a little nervous. Although there were only a few reviews on lift/leveling, I decided to give this place a shot based on the abundance of good reviews for other services. Keep away from this spot, brought my car in for an alignment on a 2 year old car. Front wheels were shredding inner tires because of faulty alignment. Brought here to fix and 4 months later the opposite sides of the tires start wearing out. They only f*ed it up more and ruined a set of new tires. I bought a small pick up used for my son and had it checked out by a Ford Dealership. They were concerned about the frame and they didn't have the expertise to evaluate. I looked online and found such good reviews about Dallas Suspension Alignment Frame Company The folks at the dealership agreed best place to take it since they were familiar with the company and agreed it would be the best place to take it. Ron looked at the truck thoroughly and even greased couple things for free -He showed me what he found (some things the dealership did not find) and explained what could be done if I wanted to make the vehicle aesthetically better and made it clear that without those changes the car was safe to drive. After my son has been driving for a while I am going to take The truck back and have him make the truck better. He did not charge me a cent! Honest. Experienced. I've told everybody I know to go here if they have any suspension or frame concerns. #1 the MetroPlex in my honest Opinion. I live in Fort Worth & I am willing to drive all the way the way to Dallas to get my vehicle inspected by them; understand something.... I came accross Dallas Suspension about 3-4 years ago when they were at their previous location in the vicinity of I-35 Royal Ln. Had a VW Touareg that could never get aligned due to suspension issues. Believe me, I went through all the "story tellers" who claimed to work on suspension in VAIN. I came accross reviews on the internet and went up there and knew right away that I was in good hands. The owner Ron., his bother and his staff masters suspension issues. It took him 15mn under the lifts, doing measurements and inspecting other things to come up with an accuate diagnostic and even provided me with a website to be able to get the parts. They installed everything at the fairest price I could find and did my alignment and guess what? when I sold the VW TOUAREG last year, it was still driving straight, free of suspension issues. I am a Texas Dealer now and get a fair amount of cars with suspension issues. Indeed, 2 weeks ago a loud sound in the front end could not get diagnosed. I violated my principle to stick with them and tried a few other shops near where I live; nobody could tell me that it was a wheel bearing because the noise heard was not typical of a wheel bearing problem; I drove to Dallas again and upon a quick test drive, Dallas Suspension told me: "Just replace the wheel bearing and you will be free". I replaced it and it was no lie. Yesterday, Monday August 29th 2016, I went up there again with another vehicle, tired of all the shops which claims to be what they are not. My issue symptom was some annoying grinding sounds in the rear end. Dallas Suspension was really busy but right there in the parking lot, he went under the vehicle and told me to make the car bounce in order to emulate the sound. In 1mn, the diagnostic was served to me as being sway bar's bushings and guess what again, that was the truth while some other shops were diagnosing struts after test drive and inspection under the lift. I can't say enough about this Suspension shop so I will just summarize it like this. I ONLY SWEAR BY Dallas Suspension for all my suspension issues and will not mind waiting a few days and / and a drive from Fort Worth to Dallas to put my car in good hands. To finish, here is what my 10 stars reviews is based on: 1- They are SPECIALIZED in Suspension & love it; I could accurately name them "SUSPENSION DOCTORS" without exaggeration, 2- Anything they are not specialized in, they will be FRANK and tell you the TRUTH or refer you to Somebody who could help you 3- Their price is Always FAIR to say the least Conclusion: They are well worth driving the extra mile and waiting the extra time. I have never been disappointed so why would you? Just go and save yourself the time wasted at story tellers and other incompetent people. I contacted this location before taking my vehicle there to ask them if they could work on my vehicle, informing them my vehicle was 2 inches off the ground. They told me, "Yes. If it's slammed or 2 inches, we'll get it up and work on it." Upon arriving, after driving 30 minutes across town, they attempt to drive it in, and not even a minute later, they pull my vehicle out and an employee begins to speak to me inappropriately, using curse words to describe my vehicle, blaming it for being inoperable. All I needed was a "I can't work on your vehicle." He did recommend a shop up the road, which the vehicle is currently located. If there was an option to rate it "No stars", I would. Ron & Co. are the REAL Deal in suspension for car or truck. I needed the UPC (Upper Control Arm) replaced on my 2010 Mustang GT. I also decided to "tighten up" the front end more with new Inner/Outer Tie Rods & a fresh alignment. I brought in a quote sheet in showing the after market parts I'll provide etc. He quoted for his labor & I made the appt. A couple issues came up but Ron & co. brought to my attention etc. I decided to hang there as work was done & saw how the shop operated- really impressed- organized & explained various issues with other customers. Ron is concerned overall with your safety also. Pitch bolts are a nasty issues with these S197 Mustang front end - no castle nut just a press fit into steering knuckle. Brought it to my attention & fix her up nice. Big plus he works with you on after market parts that you supply. Try that at a "Stealership!!" Some had scary reviews, some won't install parts bought from other sources. Dallas alignment has good reviews. I called. Ron was straight up decent. Gave an estimate and came in under his own price. Did not install parts he did not use and left them in the truck. Really like that. He recommends that I get my breaks checked and recommended a specific type. To address the previous post, here is my experience with the issues that were brought up. This is not to discount the experience of the previous poster. I was not there and know nothing about his situation. This is from my perspective. I had an appointment at 10 and the work was started at 10. But with auto repair, it all depends on what is being fixed beforehand and what additional issues might occur with a vehicle while being repaired. I am used to bringing in a vehicle for 4x4 work and not seeing it for a few days. Work that I could do in a few hours myself if I had the experience and right tools but I can't so I wait. As long as the work is done correctly is what matters to me. Others might be the wait time which determines which shop they want to use. I did not think the place was a dump. If you have ever been to other independent suspension/auto shops in the same area, it is par with those in appearance. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a licensed Auto Insurance Adjuster and Appraiser: All payments were made to this shop in full upon "completion" of repairs. I have dealt with auto shops all over the DFW and HEB through my personal and professional life, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. After they installed a new suspension including a rear sway bar in my car, I returned to inquire if they applied grease to the bushings because my car was squeaking very loudly. I asked if they could take a look, and asked if they applied grease to the bushings. I told the receptionist my issue and she said "everyones busy" and to "come back another time" - no surprise there, its an auto shop. I asked for the shops Insurance Information, the receptionist ran into the garage and was immediately confronted by the visibly aggressive and frustrated Shop Owner Ron, who proceeded to insult me in front of his customers, claiming "You got aftermarket parts boy, how'm I s'posed to know what needs grease and what don't?!" I asked him if someone could take a look because I believe no grease was applied to the bushings. The Shop Owner Ron looked through the window at my car in the lot and stated "Looks fine to me, I don't guarantee my install for aftermarket parts". I advised "Not guaranteeing aftermarket parts themselves is completely understandable, I am asking you to look at the install job your shop preformed". He stated "Its your parts, Ill tell ya right now!" I asked several times the name and contact of their Insurance Company and he refused, stating before he walked out on our conversation "Ain't nobody makin' a claim!" ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM W THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY (IF THEY HAVE ONE) FOR FAILING TO COMPLETE WORK AND REFUSING TO FINISH THE JOB. read more

I can't say enough positive things about these guys. To start out the story I went to firestone and four wheel auto parts to try to get my truck suspension fixed and after 2 WHOLE MONTHS back and forth I ended up with a $700 bill and my truck was more screwed up then when I got it. Extremely frustrated I called NTB and they told me I had to go to Dallas Suspension so I gave them a call. Long story short I brought it in to get aligned and some other issues fixed. The tech that was working on my truck not only texted me through the process showing me everything the other guys did but they also sent videos of the progress and constant updates. I couldn't even get 4WP to answer the phone when they had my truck for over 3 weeks. Dallas Suspension fixed all of the screw ups by the "big guys" in only 3 days and most of that time they were waiting on parts so it was even shorter than that in actuality. These are the good ole boys that are absolutely amazing at what they do. No price gouging what so ever and they do honest work for an incredibly reasonable price. I can't recommend them enough. Please don't trust your vehicle to scam artist big truck shops. These guys are professional, quick, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about what they do.
