Doing it yourself requires that the lone copy machine isn't jammed, that's about as likely as the overused machine at my office. They did offer to not charge for the bad copies but really I just wanted the job done right, they don't charge a lot. I suppose you get what you pay for. It's a small, tight location and too many of their customers don't wear masks or wear them on their chins with their noses out. The young workers do make weak attempts to enforce mask wearing but they're really not up to making it happen. Last time I was in there two Karens just refused to mask up 2 feet behind me in line so I had to leave.

I have never heard of this before. I actually sent forms via a different UPS store to the same government office, with a prepaid return envelope in it, with no issues at all less than a week earlier. So why would this be impossible at this location? I ended up having to leave and locate a different UPS store to get this done. Complete waste of time. Line out the door.
