I have packages delivered to the UPS because my packages are getting stolen while I'm at work from in front of my home

I was expected a desk to be delivered on a Saturday afternoon between 3pm and 7pm. When I saw the truck had passed my residence and didn't deliver the package, I drove to this location in hopes of simply picking up my package myself so I could take it home. While I was asking employees/drivers about it, they said they were directed back due to inclement weather, which seemed strange at the time since the weather was pleasantly fine. Then they said they didn't even know if the truck had my package on it, which makes little to no sense at all. Never in my life have I experienced such poor customer service and poor treatment. There was no clarification, no empathy, and no package. I was told to come back tomorrow, on a Sunday? As if they were even open on a Sunday. Giving this UPS Customer Center a 1 star out of 5 is actually being quite generous. read more

I have had the same idiot w/ a bozo the clown hairdo (perm curly) & a thick dark mario bros mustache ,half azz delivery my packages for over 10 yrs now (retire already). Same story as other reviewers here. They come to ur door but never bother to knock, just tack the notice up & slither away. The laziness is a hypocrisy in itself. Why not just LEAVE THE PACKAGE instead of a note. Now i have to contact UPS for redelivery. I was informed of an early delivery of my package scheduled for a Monday but to be delivered on the Saturday before and as I was going to be out of town for the whole weekend, I tried to have it redelivered to my neighbor. It wasn't until I hit the submit button that I found out that the "neighbor" would have to sign for the delivery. They were going to be in and out the whole day so this was not an option. WHY WAS THIS NOT MADE CLEAR BEFORE I HIT THE SUBMIT BUTTON as well as other restrictions. When I tried to revert to the original delivery plan, I could not do that. The UPS phone system was abominable and took me at least 10 -15 mins to get by the automated system to actually get a call back from a representative. She originally was not helpful but then said that she sent a message to my local UPS location and that they woud call within 59 minutes. Guess what? it has now been 3 and a half hours and no call. I have no idea when I will receive my package. read more

This facility is very easy to find. The two ladies that were at the customer service area were very kind and helpful. Though I was not able to get the package that I ordered they gave me all the options they could help me with. Cons: UPS should be more like Fedex and let you pick up your package at a shipping center. Because a package is in "transit" they cannot grab your package from the truck or bin because it's against their policy even though you're physically standing in front of them. If my package is at your facility and I don't want to wait for it to be delivered the next day when the shipping center is 10 mins down the road then you should offer this option. There was no phone number for the physical facility. I was trying to call the facility to see if it was worth the drive but there is no number for the facility just the customer care helpline. When I asked the helpline for the number the stated they do not have the physical numbers to the facilities. POOR SERVICE! read more

Customer service at this facility is really good but UPS delivery drivers is by far the worst !!! I was at home when my package was supposedly delivered never heard a knock or door bell ring. So UPS in General I give one and half stars. They never show up on time and not once have the buzz or called to allow me a chance to get my packages. Plus for some reason I had to drive 25 mins to get my package because I don't live near there. At this location everyone was nice and very fast. However not one single person was wearing a mask! You don't want to go here, so don't do what I did. But you will get help! One Sunday I was shopping on an online app. Before I could edit my address from just moving I hit order. Voila! My stuff was off to my old place. A frantic call to the store and I was out of luck. I had to wait until the order was shipped, then call UPS to have them hold it here for pick up. Thank goodness for signage. The UPS facility in Oak Creek is ginormous. I found the customer service center at the end of this sprawling facility and pulled in. 3 employees helped me get my stuff from a dark windowless room. They disappeared somewhere into a warehouse, handed over my goods, and I was on my way. How embarrassing. How hell-atious. How great that I could do this. While this UPS center is a little out of the way, the employees are friendly and picking up a package is a breeze. I've never shipped something here (only picked up), but there's plenty of space, and I've never encountered a line. read more

I was to have a package arrive today and I had to sign for it. I know about what time UPS arrives so I had some things to do downstairs and was down there. I could hear the truck and I went to the door and saw it zip on by. Huh, just then I get an email then another not only my package was delivered but it was signed for. Nope, not at the side or the front. My first name was also spelled wrong. I'm sweating now because this is an expensive one of a kind item and although I contact the seller and she gets on it on her end right away really this is on the driver. Finally my husband comes home and checks all the cameras and the guy went into my backyard which takes a lot of effort ( 2 gates and the portico is currently demolished that he left it under) Why would you leave a package that specifies 'do not leave' on a porch that is under construction and currently being worked on, as in people are actually on scaffolding and there's tools and plywood everywhere? Now I get a return call from dispatch and the driver claimed the workers "signed for the package" First of all, I don't know these guys, they're subs of my Contractor, I haven't even met them. Second, he's lying because the camera shows he didn't even speak with them. A large orange sticker that spells out " Under NO circumstances should this package be left without a signature" and he left it without a signature, well he signed it and spelled my first name wrong, it's 2 R's buddy! That's how I know it wasn't me. I didn't mention having it all on film. I will be taking this up further. Last year, I used the UPS store for some expensive items arriving and guess what happened? That's right, empty boxes arrived and my husband had nothing to open and I had to go through an entire claims process and wait for a refund. It was B.S. I no longer use UPS for anything, I use Fedex or USPS. read more

Always put in my address to "deliver to front door", since I live in the upper part of a duplex. The driver can't seem to understand this, so they deliver all my packages to my drug using neighbors downstairs. I have to hope to get to it before they do, or I will never see my stuff. Well UPS did it again, package of live evergreens was on truck for delivery Saturday 4-25-20 live evergreens. It never made it's way to my house that day. Delivery was rescheduled for 2 days later Monday 4-27-20. This is the second time this has happened recently where package was on truck for delivery and was rescheduled either the next day or in this case 2 days later. I am only giving this business one star because it will not let me make a post with zero. I ordered four items on Amazon and the items were shipped same day. The items arrived at UPS Oak Creek next day and sat at the facility. Now, I will give UPS the benefit for the inclimate weather of -50 wind chills for 2 days, no human should have to work in those conditions. But being an Amazon Prime member affords me free shipping at the mercy of the carrier, in this case, unfortunately it was UPS. One would think that if shipments are backed up due to weather, the back order shipments should get precedent. Not in this case. Friday, Saturday, Monday, and now Tuesday, I got alerts that the delivery cannot be made due to weather conditions. Monday it was 47 degrees in Milwaukee....anyone else that classified 47 in Milwaukee in February as inclimate should have their head examined. I made a formal complaint to UPS on that Monday and was told a manager will call me at 10am Tuesday. I'm still waiting for that call. I then called Amazon to explain that the carrier is the issue and as a Prime member, I am not happy with the service. Amazon put me on hold, called UPS, and was also told shipment would be here today by 8:00pm. Just received a man alert that my shipment will arrive tomorrow, Wednesday, a full week after expected. They did not check my package in until 10pm and then when they could not make the overnight delivery happen, they just entered "on it's way to you" with no delivery date or time. My Mom needed something shipped so off to UPS I went. I used to work for a UPS subcontractor so I've always felt some loyalty to them.I haven't been in this CSC for about 20 years; my how things have changed. I hit it at a quiet time so I was in and out in a flash. I was immediately approached by someone in brown and was treated to a quick exchange of money for services. Why only three stars? This place is a complete mess. I'm talking F3 tornado damage. There was crap all over the place. I couldn't tell which side of the desk was the business end and which was the garbage bin. I am appalled by UPS postal services. I placed an order online with a company that unfortunately chooses to chip with UPS and not a company like FedEx or USPS that actually delivers packages. Well UPS left me a note in my mailbox saying thy couldn't drop it off because they didn't have my apartment number. Yet, they left the note in my mailbox, go figure... The worst! I have never written a negative review because I try to focus on the positive, however, this UPS experience has been so extremely frustrating. Amazon shipped my items on time for next day delivery -- it's now days later and I still do not have my package from UPS, though I did receive the Amazon-delivered packages. UPS expects me to drive over 40 miles to pick them up, but they never seem to know where my package is. Arrangements were made yesterday to pick up at a closer facility, but I wasted a trip there today because they did not have my package. I'm now told to drive there again to pick up the package tomorrow. This has been the worst ups center I've experienced. First I call to modify my delivery for me to pick it up at this center and I got confirmation online saying it was ready to be picked up. I drive 20 mins on my lunch break to pick it up and the lady told me that my package was on the truck ....she said come back at 8 pm to get it. I come back at 8 pm and this new guy tells me my package is in a bag in the back of a trailer and I have to come back Saturday.... highly suggest to avoid these terrible employees at all costs read more

I had a package sent to my house took off work to make sure I received this package. I received an email that said the package had been delivered and left at the back door, I was sitting in my living. I never seen a UPS truck, my doorbell never rang and I NEVER heard a driver open my gate to leave a package at my backdoor. I call customer service and receive a call from UPS the next day from someone from this distribution center. Informed them off all of this, only to be told the driver possibly left them at another house and would be out to check. I've called customer service 3 times and have not heard back from UPS. I have always loved UPS and when the Oak Creek Center was built, there was.so much more to love. Their service was great, delivery was timely and the personal touch with the routine drivers was welcoming. But in the last year or so, I've noticed some changes that I don't care for. The main change is leaving delivery packages at ACCESS POINTS, nearby businesses, with a note on my door to pick up package there. The first place I was told to go to for my package pick up was in a bad area of town, supposed to be a convenience store but had only 1 or 2 of each item on a shelf. This led me to believe it was more than a "convenience" store but an illegal place to make purchases. When I walked into the front door, a burly man hollered across the room for my name. As there were other "patrons" in the store, I walked up to counter to give him my name. He went over to a heap of pkgs thrown in a corner, tossing pkgs aside till he found mine. I was never so happy to get out of there. Today I had to ship a next day air prepaid and tried another access point for shipping. Hours said they were open before I got there, lighted OPEN sign was lit, but hand written sign on door said "working in basement, call this number", which I did. A female answered and told me she was at lunch. I needed to leave pkg there as I was on my way 20 miles away. She told me to leave it outside on side of bldg under gas meters and she would pick it up when she got back in a bit. Two hours later I drove by the business and saw my pkg still under the gas meters as the UPS truck was pulling away. I called her and asked why my package was still outside. She said she brought it in and the driver had just left with it. Liar! I can see it as we spoke outside where I left it. She started telling me the driver took it. I told her he didn't, I was looking at it as we were speaking. She told me to turn my f***ing" radio down. I didn't have any radio device on and I was alone in the car. She then started saying she is an independent owner and didn't have to do what I asked her to do with my package because her business is het main concern. Well, there you have it. No idea if my DNA package ever went out TODAY or if it's still under the gas meters by the ACCESS POINTS building. UPS....you are really lowering your standard by making your customers do business with these unreliable and underhanded businesses. I'd rather take my chances of my package sitting at my front door until I get them than deal with substandard businesses mentioned in my review. Short: Let me start by saying that I understand that things get misplaced and things happen, we are all human. All that we asked was for this company to recheck their drop box or to see if someone misplaced it somewhere in the back. The man at the desk refused to help us. This is absolutely unacceptable.... we are out over $600 for a phone that didn't get returned to Verizon by a company that could care less for their clients. Long: I have always been a fan of UPS and use them exclusively for my office. I would suggest not using a UPS drop box and paying the $8 fee for someone to come pick up and scan your item in front of you so you don't have to deal with this. We received a new phone because of a software issue with Verizon from FedEx with a return label for UPS on February 1st, 2016. We had dropped off the package with the new UPS label at the drop box in Oak Creek's UPS Customer Center on February 4th, 2016 mid-day. We continued checking the tracking number and received many calls from Verizon stating that the phone had not been picked up yet. We then talked to Verizon and they told us that this is not their issue, this is a UPS Oak Creek issue. We asked the man at the UPS desk to help us with our issue. He was rude and said that he empties the box and our package has not scanned. He did not offer to go to the back of the store to check any back room or to help us in anyway. He also told us that the drop boxes are safe and that nobody can break into them. How can a package disappear? We left and were charged $624 dollars for a phone that we don't even get to keep. read more

I ordered an item for Amazon that was Sent by UPS and sent out from the Oak Creek, SO facility for delivery to my house. I received the "delivered" message for 7:19 pm 1/31. It is 2/4. No package came. I called UPS customer service twice - I could not understand the first person (there IS no local number of course). I was told they delivered it to the wrong address (my address was correct) and that UPS doesn't do anything themselves to attempt to investigate it. I am sure they know the driver on the route that day. I was told I must contact Amazon to start an investigation. I called Amazon. They were awesome and are sending a replacement item out to be delivered today. Just seems wrong. That's all that is done. UPS isn't responsible for amything.
