The staff were friendly, and eager to assist (I had 2 come up to me). Ordered 2k worth of insulation. Waited a month for delivery. Finally got it and it was filled with…read moremaggots! The delivery came at 8pm noticed the maggots at 6am when we went to install. Had to carry the bags back up from my clean and empty basement all through my house dropping maggots everywhere to bring it to the garage. Called the store, head office and left messages - nothing. Showed up to their store and they assured me that someone was going to come next morning to pick it up- no call and no show. Now my garage is crawling with them. We're not talking about a couple. You kick the bags and they are just falling out. There was also some in the stack of drywall that was shrink wrapped and dropped in the driveway. Also was 10 sheets of drywall short.
