I find nowadays great customer service is rare but the two girls that work in there go out of their way to ensure that you've found what you need and are satisfied. In my case, they ordered a box of dishes from another location (since they were out) and honoured the sale price that was in place the day I inquired about them. They even went so far as to inspect the items in the box and point out a couple of small blemishes on the cups, ensuring that I was aware and could make a decision based on that knowledge. I was truly blown away I have to say.

I called the owner three times, the office twice and was told the tech had issues with parts (not mine obviously). He was 1.5 hrs late, screwed up my whole day for work and never even got a sorry. He then installed the switch. 45 min job (he was a nice guy, did a reasonable job). Tested and all in, including cleaning up, chatting at the front door (where he called me a nice person) and sitting in my driveway 10 minutes was not even 1.5 hrs on site. Then I get a 400 dollar bill, for 2 hours labor and 100 bucks for travel and diagnostic (never disclosed to me). It's obviously a fraudulent bill, the tech wasn't even on property for long not even close. I emailed with with these concerns- Justin left a nasty voice message, said he would tell everyone around I had no intention of paying his bill from the start (which btw I never said I wasn't going to pay, I disputed the obvious fraudulent nature of the total which he had opportunity to discuss- he chose not to). He clearly doesn't understand legal defamation. Clearly a shady, fraudulent business with a man with zero business or people skills. There is literally zero chance the 100% 5 star reviews are legit. ZERO chance.

Gorgeous project and excellent results. Services were rendered and when it came time to pay, Tweedy tried bartering with products and discounts on the products instead of money but we could not accept as we had security, payroll,etc tied up into the job. Later he finally admitted to owing after we drove up to Toronto to see him and settle up unfinished business but he still has not paid his balance on account which has costed us huge over the course of time. We are not a bank nor a money lending institution. Just a small decking company that lives job to job and depends on every dollar we cna make to survive and keep the lights on in the shop. We have been fighting a long legal battle with Tweedy over the course of all these years to date and just recently got our lien matter thrown out from the superior courts as we could not afford the legal fees any longer and have no clue on how to finish the battle as we were self representing ourselves with no expeirnce whatsoever with no legal representation. He with the biggest pockets eventually wins so this be the case of big guy crushing a litte guy and pretty much holding a carrot in front of a donkey trying to feed himself. Inconsiderate and unprofessional. This individual comes off as an succesfull businessman and entrepreneaur, but when you find out how people really are behind they scenes without all their so called credentials and awards, etc., you wil quickly find out how much of a @#$ this person really is! Ask our crews and installers who also did not feel comfortable about working for him as his so called love taps or pat on the backs got to places where it came to a point it wasnt cool or acceptable. Rick had it repaired in under 5 minutes at no charge! He was almost embarrassed to take payment and refused. My aging system in Midhurst knows Rick well now and usually at minimum payment or no cost! Rick returns calls the same day and only replaces what is needed, never selling anything! He shows up when expected and is courteous and professional to me and my family ALWAYS!! I consider Rick a friend and recommend him as I do every season. The "other guys" on my street never have the same techs but with a Netherington it's always Rick, nice to see!

They were efficient, did an excellent job, left our property in great condition and we have nothing but good things to say about the service. Our system was installed in the late summer of 2008, and Rick closed up the system for us in October 2008, opened it for us in April 2009 and closed up again October 2009. He keeps his appointments, is always on time and very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend Rick Netherton for the installation and service of an irrigation system.
