I prefer to pay with cash & chose the self checkout. I scanned the key, put it in the bag, walked, almost out of the store & realized that aI had not scanned the keyring. I immediately went back. Sonny, immediately came to my assistance, I"I believe in Karma, I did not knowingly mean to not scan this, I need to pay for it." The scanner wasn't working for cash, because there were bills in the receptacle, the 11 dollars from my previous purchase...I previously picked up the change, but not the bills, from my $20.00 He gave me my change, it was an honest exchange! #Karma

I just want to recognize a group of workers who stacked my roof in Red Bluff today in temperatures…read morearound 111 and I'm sure even more on the roof. They would have preferred to have done it in the cool of the morning but the schedule set required it be done today. These folks didn't complain, worked hard and got the job done in a professional manner. They even came to the door at the end of the day and asked permission to use the hose to cool off. The work site was coned off, caution tape placed around the house to insure that the work site was secure. My hats off to those workers. I understand that their bosses are Jake and Robert. You should be proud of those workers.

When I ordered the lumber, the owner who I dealt with was extremely rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. Then when the lumber arrived at my house, the driver was EXTREMELY disrespectful. Never gave me the chance to stand up for myself because he continually interrupted me. I'd rather spend my money at payless where I've had nothing but good experiences with. do not recommend.

Went to Payless…read moreto pick up cement for a project, I bought a pallet of ready mix I had asked if they could put some extra stretch wrap on the pallet to protect the bags from the rain. The guys looked at the pallet and said no your good, and walked away like I was taking to much of their time. So it was raining by the time I got the bags to the job site 7 bags were soaked. I think next time I will make the drive to Reno Home Depot where the cost of the same concrete bags is 2.72 pallet price,Payless was 4.97 pre bag. They are expensive on just about everything . If you have a big project make the drive to a box store to save some money. As far as customer service goes And my experience with this place is I feel like they just don't care about me or if I come back.
