I called Dalworth Restoration on 11/20/25 to come out and investigate a leak in our ceiling that was caused by a leak in our roof. Sure enough, they came out to investigate, but it immediately became apparent that they were only interested in seeing how much they could get away with charging us for very little damage. Only one small section of the dry wall in our ceiling had a water stain. However, the teenage representative from Dalworth proceeded to inform me that I would need to bust up almost my entire house of expensive engineered hardwood flooring after he attempted to fool me with false readings from his device. I have my wife as a witness to the highly erroneous information that he provided. At that point, I told him we would not be touching any of the floors, as there was no way there was water underneath them. I even contacted a professional company who came out the next day and verified that indeed there was no water underneath any of our floors because the type of engineered hardwood we have is extremely sturdy and held together well and that a lot of water would have to had sit on these floors for several days or even weeks before any damage could occur. In fact, a small amount of water from the leak was only on the floors for less than ONE hour. After I instructed Dalworth to leave, all they did was turn on two fans and split. And for turning on two fans, they charged me $1,300. I will NEVER use this company again for anything and I would most certainly NOT recommend them to anyone. read more

we hired Dalworth to address some moisture issues in our home. during The process the employees never reached out to me in a proactive way. They were only responsive after I had contacted them 3 or 4 times. i was told the whole process would only take a few days but it went on for months (most of that with no communication from them). They didn't preserve or save the crown molding and other trim work in my 95 year old home, nor did they ever discuss that with me. Overall it was a terrible experience and I would NEVER hire them again. read more

Had water from an overwhelmed storm drain flooded part of my home with less than an inch of clear rainwater. Called DalWorth Restoration. They were able to come that day. The project manager had quoted me a couple of fans and dehumidifiers as emergency service. The crew of 3 guys went over the carpets quickly with their vacuum hose and in the family room moved furniture. The crew brought 2 de humidifiers and NO fans. After they left, found they had missed or only lightly gone over some areas with the vacuum hose. A neighbor's shop vac pulled about 15 gallons out of the master carpet that appears they skipped. The dehumidifiers ran for 3 days and put nothing down the sink. After 2 days a rep came and was telling me carpets were still saturated with 99 percent water and I needed 40 fans. When a second crew came the next day they said I needed 20 fans to create more circulation around the exterior and then the dehumidifiers would work. Wound up buying more fans and a dehumidifier from Costco. Found with clear water flood, steam cleaning the carpets once dry will allow you to keep them instead of having to replace. Not happy with inconsistencies of service and push to spend big bucks when they did not do a good initial job. read more

We hired these guys to help us with a water mitigation claim. Blake was happy to remove the damp drywall, but leave the saturated insulation in the wall. They are happy to bill for excessive drying days without removing the water so they could dry the structure. Then when I told them they were not welcome back on the job, as we weee hiring someone else got a threatening phone call from Kurt who was bringing the police - The mitigation manager Kurt was so unprofessional, and inflammatory. Even though they totally blew me off on an appointment scheduled this morning at 8 AM. They did not cover or protect, a high-end epoxy finished floor, nor the contents in the garage as they demoed around it and caused damage. I tried to get a senior supervisor to give me a call, but Blake and Kurt refused to provide any contact information and asked search. My only recourse now is to post this review. read more

I used this place for years for carpet cleaning, and they do a decent job. I recently used them to help us clean up some water in our closet from a leaking pipe. It was a total DISASTER. They had multiple people come out over the course of a few days, then at the end when I have a plumber and painter waiting to repair the wall, they tell me it will be TWO to THREE MONTHS before someone can come and replace a small carpet pad. project managers name was Lavarus, so I tried all day to get ahold of him, and when I finally did he tells me it's a "different area that replaces the carpet pad" and confirms it would be to the THREE months before they can come out to replace it. So now, I'm back to square one again smh. I will never, ever use Dalworth clean again. read more

Dalworth made it right! We had a flood in an upstairs bathroom and called Dalworth to help get us back to normal. They came out immediately and brought dryers and dehumidifiers to get us dried out. They did damage the carpet on our stairs while removing the machinery, but they took care of that without issue! read more

Dalworth made me feel confident when choosing them as I had three other contractors come out, however, the service I have received was poor. I was assured there would be someone there overseeing the project to make sure it was done correctly, that did not happen. We had several issues arise during the completion of the project. The most egregious of all was trying to pass off a house without reinstalling the insulation on the exterior walls. Work began in the beginning of January, and I was told twice the house was completed. The first time was on March 23rd. Due to the work I've seen from the contractors thus far, I wanted to verify that insulation was used. I checked four different locations where insulation was supposed to be installed and it wasn't. If I had not taken the time to verify this, they would have gotten away with it. The second time I was told the house was completed (April 18) after they installed the insulation, I wanted to go over the scope of work. I noticed I was being charged for a vapor barrier for the flooring. I wanted to verify and asked, they told me it was installed. I decided to verify because they also said they installed my insulation, and of course, they did not install it. I am sure if I didn't check to see if it was used, they would have still charged me for it because initially they said they did use it. If you have had work done by Dalworth, I would highly suggest taking a closer look. I would not recommend this company to anyone after my experience. They also left my house in a mess. For some reason, they opened bedroom doors that were not being worked on and got drywall dust everywhere. Save yourself a headache and choose a different company other than Dalworth. read more

If you want to be lied to, hire them! We hired them for mold remediation. When the original person came out, they said it would take 48 hours. We are on day four with their loud, giant fans and tent in our living room and since it's the weekend, no one is coming until Tuesday to pick anything up. This is Saturday and we had someone come to do the post test , however, they will not actual run the tests until Monday so we are stuck with this stuff for several more days. We can't use our living room or front door or kitchen and we have two small children. It would've been nice to have known it was really going to be a week and we would've gone else where. read more

I contacted your company February 19, 2023. It took two weeks for your project manager to send anything to my insurance. It took another two weeks before he sent pictures because the link you sent was unusable more week past before he sent an abatement company to test for asbestos. Upon a positive result, it took two weeks before they were sent to our house. The abatement company was the best part of the job they did everything quickly and professionally. I contacted my project manager multiple times a week over the two months as I waited for them to do anything my insurance threaten to cancel my claim multiple times, because Armando or Sergio, whatever name he goes by wasn't contacting them at all, when we initially contacted you, we asked you if you could do the water mitigation and repair my kitchen. We were told yes after the two months that it took to get everything done and buy everything. I mean the abatement company coming to demo my kitchen at this point I've been without my kitchen for over a month and a half because we'd fall through the floor but once the air was proclaimed, clear of asbestos, I contacted your company to see when you could start the rebuild process I was told you weren't hired to do that only the water mitigation which is not what we asked Sergio when he came to our home back in February on the 19th, I have four people living in my house I disabled vet a child and my husband who is also a disabled vet but is barely able to work we've been living off fast food, which cost about $40-$50 a day to feed four fucking people and I don't have that money to spend so we've only been eating one meal a day the lack of responsibility that anyone in this office is taken when we've called either the office or our project manager is saddening the past two months I have been constantly sick due to the mold and everything else I have no immune system my infusions barely sustain me with all the normal cautions we take there is no way to take precautions against this other than to get it repaired quickly even though I tried to cover the holes in my floor my still got in and my son has been fighting off allergic reactions and she is allergic to rodents and while my health and my sons can't be controlled by your company had your company done the job hired you for in a timely manner. A lot of this could've been avoided. I have no other place to go other than stay home. I've now had to find another company to rebuild my kitchen because you dropped the ball again I'm not sure why it surprised me get a did. My husband and I have called multiple times asking to speak to a manager that was not Sergio were Christina and we've been told you would call us back multiple times we've never received a phone call back from anyone other than Sergio to add insult to injury. I spoke to Sergio immediately upon getting the all clear of my air, and he happily reply. He's glad they could be of service and have a great day, and then connected me to Christina It was only after speaking to Christina that I found out you would not finish my kitchen but I received another phone call from Sergio asking if he can put up a dehumidifier and air movers at my house to finish drying out everything that was still wet, which apparently he wasn't going to do until after I talk to Christina because when I spoke to him five minutes prior to that. He did not mention anything about coming back to the house I will admit I did try to find a phone number aside from the Mormon connection Euless, Texas, so that I can speak to someone aside from the lady that answers the phone and doesn't give messages or perhaps management just doesn't return them because I didn't wish to post anything negative but it's probably best that I do so that other people know that for all the good reviews you have youre not very good read more

I don't want anyone to have to go through what we've gone through with Dalworth. I understand there are many challenges about the current environment, including labor shortage, materials shortage, etc. Even giving them the benefit for all of these factors, this has been a miserable experience. No one on the team communciates with each other. We've had 2 different supers. I've gotten the COO involved 3x. I'm still trying to just have my dishwasher anchored so it doesn't tip over every time we load it - that has taken me 10+ weeks and counting. No one bothered to spec out my new appliances so the dishwasher hit the oven and wouldn't open. (I was told that no one could have forseen the issue). They had to redo the cabinets to make it work. There are a million excuses for why things haven't happened. At least 3 "personal emergencies" for why people were unable to work at the last minute. My back door was left open one night when we didn't live there. The list goes on... If you try to complain about anything they gaslight you - "this really is a very quick turnaround" or "we've moved heaven and earth for you to make this happen" Also, be prepared to basically be your own super. When you ask about getting things done they tell you to work with your electrician and you to work with your plumber to do it. So you basically have to help manage all the subs. The end work looks decent, but it has been a total nightmare even getting to this point... and we still aren't finished. read more

We had mold remediation for a busted 3 inch drain pipe. Saul Sanchez and Fermin Roa were great in making sure all the mold was removed out of our house. They explained the whole process and were open to questions and ensured the containment area kept any mold spores from coming into the open while it was removed. We had a water line to our commode break in our condo and not knowing any better, I called this company first thing rather than contacting my insurance company. They came out and immediately began the drying out process. They also took the liberty of starting cleanup in the condo next door which is not owned by us. After a few missed meetings at the property by their project manager and several days later, they finished their cleanup. We got a crazy high bill for $25,000. I turned this over to my insurance company and they rejected half of the bill because not only were the charges out of line with industry standards and excessive, they tried to include the repairs done on the adjoining condo which were not approved by anyone. Rather than contact me or my insurance company to discuss, they turned the remaining portion of the bill over to an obnoxious, threatening moron at a collection agency who probably had no better than a ninth grade education. Beware of this company and contact your insurance company first thing if you have flood damage. They work with reputable companies. read more

They completely took advantage of us in the aftermath of the recent tornado, way overcharging to board up four windows. They said they would get us a quote before doing the work but went ahead with the work and then overcharged. Their excuse was that the computer software program that the insurance adjusters use stated that amount, but our insurance adjuster said that was way too much. When the adjuster called them, they refused to budge. They are unethical and unprofessional. read more
