They saw my package said it needed to be refrigerated and they did that. They also called Kaiser to ask if it was a mistake since they have no agreement with Kaiser for things like this. Kaiser called me immediately and verified my identity. Greg was the pharmacist who helped me out. He called a couple of times to Kaiser. Greg..: thank you for being so consistent. You had my diabetic medicine. The staff who also found my other meds at the access point got me my meds and then quickly went over to the checkout aisle to ring people up. She was amazing as well. When it rang again I spoke to another person while helping me she's speaking to another person in store. And she stated she will cancel the order and hung up thinking she is cancelling the order. Come to find out she doesn't cancel this order and says your order was picked up. Like what ? Call back and another lady answers and says ok I'll tell them to cancel. Saying she couldn't do it she'll tell her manager. I mean why can't you do it while I'm on the phone again hangs up. What is happening with customer service these days? Is it not being taught. Are people just not courteous or nice anymore. While a couple of staff members seemed to care, most were indifferent and unhelpful. For context, I was filling more than $8,600 worth of prescriptions monthly -- yet my needs were consistently overlooked. I finally moved all of my prescriptions to CVS at March Ln and Quail Lakes Dr (see my review for them) and couldn't be happier. CVS has every medication ready on time, even the "special orders" Walgreens struggled with, and they usually arrive the next day. Plus, their app actually works and makes managing prescriptions so much easier. Walgreens lost a loyal customer for life.
