I've always said Damian's has the best pasties. Then I had one of his pizzas and could pick which was the best and now I tried his broasted chicken and we have a 3 way tie!!! Food was decent enough, and price was to be honest was pricy for what we got! Service was good and fast with friendly staff. No ambiance because it's take out only. Question would we eat it again? Don't order off their online menu. It hasn't been updated for years. I ordered a half rack of ribs which said $13.95 online but were actually $18.95. The lasagna says $10.95 online and is actually $13.95. read more

True Italian here. The pizza, although expensive, is pretty good. Sauce is delicious- only knock would be the crust. Some of my favorite pizza in the area. Im only giving 4 stars because of the pizza because the pasta is not very good. I have tried on 3 different occasions and all three times the pasta was terribly overcooked. read more

I'll admit that, to this point, I haven't tried anything at Damian's but the pasties - because they are incredible. After reading these reviews I definitely have to try the Italian fare. I've eaten at many pasty places, and they are my favorite. The crust on these pasties is so much more flaky than others. I always buy extra to put in the freezer at home. read more

Great takeout. This place has delicious Italian chicken as well as pasta and scratch made bread. They also have a consistent fish fry with awesome coleslaw and delicious bread rolls. If you have a large group and want to impress, order take out from here. Don't forget their great desserts like cheesecake and tiramisu. read more

An amazing concept--carryout Italian with fresh-made pasta. Good pizza, sandwiches, including the local favorite, porketta--spiced, shredded pork shoulder. I get some meatballs, meat sauce, gnocchi, and fresh ravioli, add some sausage from Marcoullier's, and in 15 minutes I have "Sunday Gravy" like I spent hours with my nonna's family recipe! read more

Stopped here randomly on our first visit to Iron Mountain and we were blown away!! The fresh pasta and homemade sauces are insanely good. Their salad dressing and garlic toast was even fantastic!! Couldn't recommend it more..... Would give it 10 stars if I could! read more

I would say that this is my second favorite. We stopped in just before noon, and everyone coming in at that time was picking up pasties, even though this place sells pizza as well. That says something. This is a carryout place, no seating. You have your choice of a pasty with or without rutabaga (we chose with), but they don't offer gravy or ketchup. We were out of gravy, but we still had some ketchup packets in the car, so we used those. This pasty was slightly different in that the dough seam was on the top instead of along the edge. Again, it was filled with lightly seasoned beef, onions, potatoes and rutabaga. It was delicious and filling, even though I only ate half. Service was friendly, and the signage on the building makes this place visible from 4 different directions. As an after thought, we decided to share a bowl of the soup of the day: chicken and dumplings. So full of chicken, veggies and small dumplings. Delish. We took home a cold club wrap for dinner and the Lynne Lu salad. The dishes were wrapped with such care. We really appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
