The office person Kelly Lee is very responsive and can be reached by text - my preference for scheduling and dealing with Rx. Overall I was able to avoid having two shoulder surgeries and have a manageable amount of pain in my daily life without narcotics. As good as it gets with our system.

She said they looked good, but there was a concern that I, myself, had to point out! Fourth, I was told in a blasé way that I probably have a certain condition. I was told there was no link between this and something else I have going on, but with my own research I easily found the two are FREQUENTLY RELATED! Did she not know this? I was left without answers. Fifth, I apparently needed follow up about an another issue, but no one told me. I found out after imaging contacted me to schedule a follow up. This is unacceptable. No one offered any explanation or cared to think this could be scary for a patient. Finally, my results do not show on the app despite the fact that they have been interpreted already and raised a question. This is awful patient care. Where is the dignity in that?
