Most down to earth doctor ever. He makes sure he addresses all of your concerns; even things that may have slipped your mind. He explains things and always has a solution for my medical problems. He doesn't just prescribe you pills and send you on your way. He actually talks to you about his recommendations and why. He gives you options when there are options and tells you the pros and cons of each. Couldn't ask for more in a doctor. I just moved to the area from the bay area and needed a new doctor. My initial visit, the nurse went over a bunch of questions, though tedious, is very necessary for a complete and correct history to ensure I get the best care possible. It's very easy to make an appointment and the receptionists are very on top of things. The office is organized. Excellent service all around. Don't be fooled by the bad reviews. If you actually read them, they're not even valid points. (Preparing my inbox for hate mail) Hard to find an office where you're not waiting for more than an hour only to spend maybe 5 minutes with the doctor and then rushed out the door. He is the best Dr ever! So patient with my disabled Daughter. Has help her so much, when other "specialists " couldn't. My daughter feels 100% comfortable with him and this is a big thing because she doesn't trust Drs. I trust him completely with my well being and my daughters. Been going to him for over 20 yrs. This was a great program to loose Covid weight. At the start of the lockdown my weight was going up and since my weight has always been a battle I knew I needed to take control. So instead of gaining more weight while on lock down I have lost 42lbs. This plan help my cravings and Cecille kept me on track every week. I don't know what would of happened if I did not take control when I did. So instead of buying bigger cloths I was able to but 2 sizes smaller. The doctor is good but the staff is terrible...they charged me for a missed appointment and other appointments I didn't know about...after I paid the fees they didn't allow me to book another appointment again which was ridiculous...just be careful that you're not seeing any hidden fees because that's what I saw read more

Office is very nice, staff is pleasant, appointment availability is very good for established patients (not sure how far out new patients are scheduled), wait time is usually less than 10 minutes! Dr. Khan is fantastic! I was seen on Aug 11. It was my initial appointment at this office and it wasn't a good first impression. Sure the wait in the lobby was about 10-15 minutes, not too shabby, but the wait in the exam room was over an hour and a half!! Taking your time and being thorough with patients is great, but making someone wait for almost 2 hours is horrible. Especially being a first-time patient. Good Doctor at first, but then went South. Our wellness labs were coded wrong and he refused to correct them even when our insurance said it should have been covered and was an easy fix. He wouldn't fill a prescription I have had for years from previous doctors when we lived in another city and kept wanting me to take antidepressants when I clearly stated I did not want to. Probably one of the most unhelpful doctors ever. Refuse to make appointments for you, and when you do finally get to see him he doesn't seem to care about your problems. Just dismisses you or writes you a useless script for antibiotics you dont need. Won't even do physical examinations, I'm probably going to be looking at other doctors in the area after my latest experiences with him. read more

I was a perfect patient for years. He decided to dump me as a patient because the government has scared him into not writing pain medication. I have tried all other means for my chronic pain. Don't ever get upset. If you happen to be having a very stressful life and blow up because you are almost breaking down....don't count on them to help. I made the mistake of being on the edge of a nervous breakdown and l was let go by him as a patient. I really needed him badly at the time. What a mess he put me in. It was two years or more that I had been going to his office and actually felt that he was taking an interest in me as a real person and treating me well, and my life went crazy and I broke down. Said something bad I should not have. Even after I apologized and tried hard to explain, it didn't make one bit of difference. I don't expect a doctor to drop you when you most need him. read more

This was my first visit to Dr Khan's office. I arrived 10 mins early for my scheduled appt the girls up front are very nice. I filled out paperwork and then waited. I waited an hour after my appt time to be called into the exam room (hence 4 star rating). Then I waited another 10 mins before the Doctor came in to see me. When he walked into the room, he immediately apologized for being late. He was very nice and easy to talk to. He asked me a bunch of questions and made sure we covered my whole medical history. I would recommend him to my family members and friends. He is now my new Primary Doctor. read more

I have a mixed review. I think Dr.Khan is a wonderful Doctor. He is very good at his job and takes time with his patients. The reason I gave them a poor review is their billing practices. I suffer from a critical, chronic illness that has no cure. I'm in and out of the hospital, so I'm not always a "reliable" patient. I was in the hospital when I had an appointment with Dr.Khan. I wasn't in my proper thinking to call and cancel my doctor's appointment! (The gall of ME!) When I was told I couldn't make a follow up because I owed them money, I was thinking "What money?" They missed my co-pay from my last visit. Fine. I'll pay that. But... I owe money for a missed appointment. I told them I was in the hospital but they didn't care. I had my husband go and pay 33 dollars because I was told if we paid that amount I could make an appointment. I wound up in the hospital before I made a follow-up. Go 2 weeks later. The hospital calls my doctor to find out if I had a follow-up. No, I did not follow up because they wanted me to pay for that missing appointment from months before. I've been holding out but I don't have time to look for a new doctor and I need some medication filled. To get my medication filled I need to see the doctor before I get refills. I'm being held hostage for my follow-up care and now, my medication. I can't believe I'm going to get my care compromised over a lousy 25 bucks. I know I'm saying it's a lousy 25 dollars but I'm sick, I'm on a fixed income. This is a doctor who knows how sick I am. FYI. This is how sick I am. My specialty doctors are up at UC Davis and University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Shame on this office. read more

I have been an established patient with Dr. Khan and have always found him to be very attentive and through with when I would go in. I was in the hospital over Labor Day weekend and had follow up with him and then in November out of the blue I received a letter from him stating I would need to find another physician. I was stunned!!!. I tried to call to find out why-no reply! I tried to email him through the patient porthole and he was not even listed in the pre determined to field and you could not add him? I sent the email anyway and never received a reply. Then I called and tried to make an appointment so I could talk to him and find out the reason I was being dropped. The office would not let me make the appointment, because they said I was no longer a patient there! So as this point I still do not know why! I find it very odd a doctor can do this to you so I have put in a complaint to the medical board! read more
