My friend and I visited this restaurant before we left Dekalb Market Hall. When we passed the restaurant as we walked around the mall, the aroma of the chicken permeated my nostrils. We both ordered the combo meal. I opted for boneless mild wings with French fries, and my friend wanted traditional wings with tater tots. I ordered a side of mozzarella sticks as well. This wing joint is located in the DeKalb Market Hall. The food hall is located in the lower level of City Point Brooklyn building. There is plenty of tables and seating in the area. The tables are not always the cleanest but the staff do try to keep things nice. At the wing place, the man at the register took our order although there is also a touch screen you can order from. We got ten mild Buffalo wings and a side of fries. I waited for less than 10 minutes before the order came out. My husband said these are the best wings he's had outside of Buffalo, NY where the Buffalo wings were created. I have to agree that they tasted very authentic. The meat was juicy and the skin slightly crispy. There was no breading. My only complaint was that I thought the sauce was a little thin so it did not coat the wings well. I loooove buffalo sauce, so I chose medium for my sauce flavor; it wasn't really spicy - I'd try hot next time! I also was curious about garlic parmesan, lemon pepper, & sweet chili (so many good flavors to choose from). They gave me a good amount of fries which I was happy about. Decently price considering the area which means it's pricey. I ordered through UberEats app at approximately 8:00pm on today January 01,2025 and I was tracking the delivery through UberEats the whole time and no one ever showed up and delivered it to the lobby as I put in the instructions. The UberEats app was showing that it was " On the Way" for an whole hour and I was looking at my phone time and it was saying 9:30 pm, so I called the Dan And Job shop at this location and spoke to a guy and he said that it shows " delivered" on his end. I then advised him that on my end, it stills show on the way. He then said that he will reach out to UberEats to get it resolved. At this very time, about 20 minutes ago, I checked the Ubereats app again and it says the order is completed. I then contacted Ubereats and they said that I will have to reach out to the restaurant because they did not successfully reach them. I am pissed off and plan on going to the restaurant tomorrow because this is coming off as a scam. I RECEIVED NOTHING and is pissed because it's not resolved. read more

I was very disappointed. So let's do the positives. The staff was super nice and friendly. I got the hot wings and a 16 piece with ranch. The wings were not bad, definitely pricey than you usually bar wings but not bad. But they were not great. I was expecting more as they are a Buffalo based company and figured they were be bomb, especially at that price point. The buffalo sauce was just not rich and thick. My mom from Maryland makes better buffalo wings and sadly I have been spoiled. I think if you never had them or had them homemade this place would be fine. Also the dressing is not homemade either. Maybe I will go back and tried their other flavors as it did smell good and the wings were cooked right, just the seasoning was a bit off. read more

The wings here are amazing! I ordered the bone in wings with the inferno sauce and it came with 3 celery stalks packed neatly in a bag. The wings were fresh and hot! It cost about $9 for 5 and the quality is there. The celery stalks were very fresh and was a nice balancing touch combined with the inferno wings. It was hot just the way I like it. The wings are a descent size too. Service was good. The wait was about 15 minutes. There's so much variety of flavors to choose from. You can also choose bone in or boneless wings. And they give you a wet napkin too. For sauces they have blue cheese and ranch to choose from. Can't wait to try out the sweet chili wings next time I come back. read more

Went here recently, I've always been a fan Dan & John's Wings from back when they only operated out of Smorgasburg and didn't have any brick and mortar locations. Sadly the times have changed. Problem wasn't the food, it was an employee who sat in the corner of the service counter and served no function other than to take up valuable space and stare at my wife as she ate food in the seat next to this him. Then when we were done, and had already tipped over 20%, cleaned and neatly stacked out garbage and got up to leave the employee yelled "hey - the garbage is over there." No signage indicated we had to throw out our own garbage, nobody said anything politely beforehand and when I ate there before the staff cleaned up the area and tossed my garbage. The words "please" and "thank you" go a long way. Other staff was fine, and food was tasty. Shame such a lousy interaction with one bad apple spoils the whole experience. Definitely will reconsider patronizing this location again, particularly after tipping so generously for this kind of behavior. read more

Wings are great. Been here a few times. I love when a place has LOTS of sauce options and they do. The sweet chili is the best I've tried. It's like a spicy sweet and sour sauce. They cook the wings perfectly, crispy but not overdone. One gripe. The fries are served in a closed cardboard box. They're soggy by the time you open it. Gotta vent a box that has fries in it! Small change would make a big upgrade because the fries are tasty when they're fresh. Overall, definitely still recommend this spot for awesome wings. read more

This is my second time visiting the Albee Sq location and both times have been terrible. At first, I thought I caught them on an off day but decided to give it a second try. Boneless wings are solid. Great crunch, decent size and fresh white meat. The garlic parm sauce was solid. Their tenders are huge, and again fresh white meat.
