Today was my first time coming to this salon and I was INSANELY impressed with my experience :) Phong was super friendly and easy to talk to. The past 2 places I've gone to were not friendly so this was the first great sign to me. He really made me feel heard with what I wanted. I came in with acrylics and told him I didn't like the bulkiness of my past nails & he educated me on the differences between that, gel x and builder gel. I came in wanting gel x but came out with builder gel with tips added. I didn't even know you could add tips to builder gel. He knew I wanted a natural looking nail, no bulk, and he delivered! This salon offered more muted colors than any other salons I've gone to recently. I was looking for a muted pink on the warm side and I'm soooo sooo happy with the color of my nails. He did them the exact length and shape I wanted. I'm so grateful I didn't give up on salons and tried this place. I'll definitely be coming back as a regular here. I highly recommend coming here! Poor professionalism in this place. Was here on Sunday got a pedicure and the nail polished wasn't cured correctly so it peeled the same night. Came back the next day to get 2 toes repainted because of the peeling, they couldn't figure out what color i had and so the nail tech got frustrated. The manager however proceeded to tell me if i was sure this was the correct place i got service done after showing her my receipt !! Being extremely combative from the beginning, not trying to help solve the issue and being straight out rude. Don't recommend and won't be coming back her again. Management do better. read more

Booked an appointment here for the first time as my usual go to salons were closed. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was! My nail tech was Ulee and she was so sweet. She made sure I was happy with how my nails looked and took her time. I typically end up asking to reshape my if it's too sharp but with Ulee I didnt have to say anything. I rated a three because after all my nails are decently done, but my poor rating is based off of the pricing structure that they have. When I went to do my pedicure, I automatically assumed that it includes what pedicure things include such as nail color, soaking of feet, removing of callus. However, to my surprise, I was charged an additional five dollars for the callus removal. Is it just me overreacting or should callous removal be included in the price to a pedicure? The owner Phong, is super rude and acts like a little B constantly complaining about how many customers come in and the things they request. Just scroll through these reviews and you will read how sassy he gets! He's only happy when he gets a young attractive girl at his table, he is so patient with them and so eager to please. Beyond that the lady in the first table before him, picks and chooses who's nails she wants to take her time with and which she just rushes through leaving them looking horribly! Don't waste your time making an appointment, they won't get to you on time and even after they make you wait, they will skip you for their preferred customers! The only reason they still make money is because the products are good quality and the place is esthetically pleasing to a certain extent but they definitely have their days when they do a good job but for the most part it's just crappy work. Recently I got a manicure and ended up with some painful green crap on my nail. I will definitely not be going back, on top of everything else I've encountered these people making disgusting racial comments about other customers after I used my phone to translate a few times I came in. I stumbled upon these guys by accident. Had a nail emergency and googled nail place near me and they popped up. I can't be happier with their service and have been going here ever since . The best part about these guys is that they do not over file your nails making them paper thin and weak' ! My nails have never been stronger and healthier . Underneath my acrylic and gel nails are my real nails ! Reading the other reviews about how they're not nice or rude, I don't find this at all. I think the issue is that English isn't their first language so they remain quiet or don't talk as much . I mean I'm not trying to find a bestie here. Came in on a Sunday, had an appointment at 11:00 am, unfortunately no one there when I arrived. If your business opens at 11, you would think that someone would be there for the customers prior to, especially when there are scheduled appointments at 11. I waited for about 10 minutes and finally someone came to open. I think that it was very unprofessional, however, I do love this place. I have tried many other Kissimmee salons and their technique and service is subpar at best. Here, they always get my ombre right. Prices are relatively high. Ombre full set will run you $50.00+ I usually have Teresa as my tech, but she was unavailable so I had Vanessa, she was very thorough and delicate. I've been coming here for years and have never had a problem with pricing or anything at all. I've always been happy getting my nails done, the best pedicures are always given. Now this most recent time getting my nails done I decided to go with my mother. We both got pedicures and full sets. She got a pink and white full set, almond-shaped, really short. My full set was solid red acrylic color, coffin shaped, and almost an inch of a nail tip. My mother's set came to $50, which is fine -- my set was $45, pedicures came to $30 each. Normal prices, yeah? The total came up to $195. We were charged $10 for the coffin shape of my nails, $10 for the almond shape of my mother's, and another $10 for the 3/4 inch of a nail tip for my set. Never in my life have I been to a salon where they charge you $10 to file your nails or $10 for nail tips. We called to speak to the manager and he said that's how they've always priced their sets. So now we've been lied to, overcharged, and made out to be fools because apparently we looked like we'd never been there. "We'be been charging our customers like this for years." No you haven't. I've never been charged so much money for 4 services, even adding the tip amount. Also! The young man that did our nails added his own tip amount without consulting either one of us. The entire time he was doing my nails, he seemed to be in a rush and he just wanted to be done with me. He'd asked me where I gotten my nails done prior to this and I told him I'd done them myself and he snickered as if they were the most terrible nails he'd ever seen. All in all, I have to say once I switched from getting a pedicure to a manicure my entire experience changed from peaceful to downright disrespectful. I will never visit this salon ever again and I'm not one to post anything about anywhere but this was just extremely out of line and it needs to be heard about. read more

I came in with a very unique situation needing to take off another nail technicians recent work and they were more than accommodating and very understanding. She tells me I do not need a new Set, she can just do it as a refill and I accept. I had very long natural nails when I walked into the place. I asked to have the polished removed that I had on, have a tiny bit taken off and to have them shaped and repolished. I ended up leaving when I seen I had not any of my nails left and how crooked they were To take off any more nail my nails would've been to the nail bed. I paid for the terrible work she had done and went elsewhere to have my now very short nails fixed as much as possible and polished. I should've went to second place first. Awful! Two of us went for a pedicure and we are both after 3 weeks still in pain! The lady that did mine did not speak a word of english, and was rough. She cut my nails so short that three of them were bleeding. There was no taking off the dead skin or anything. My companion, had a male doing her feet and he was just as bad, did not know how to hold a conversation, was rough, cut her heel which as stated, is still sore after 3 weeks. I came in for a full set of acrylics and a gel polish. I drove an hour to come in, as I don't live here and this salon had great reviews. The service felt rushed and my tech didn't do the things I usually get when I have acrylics and gel done. She didn't clean my nails off before applying the polish and my cuticles were a mess afterwards. The acrylic itself was paper thin. Within a couple days the edges were lifting and I had to go to another salon to have them redone. It was a waste of my time and money. read more

Sadly no longer a customer due to the disrespect of Teresa an employee who yelled at me the last time I was in there so I was tired of her treatment towards me she always gave me a hard time towards my disability she said "that I should get my nails done by somebody else!" And then she raised her voice at me to "pick my color!" So I said "don't yell at me!" So decided to make another appointment with her because tbh the last girl who did them it looked awful but I didn't have time to redo them. I told the manager who I was and when I got there she said she didn't want to do my nails! I was trying to give her another chance because I do not hold grudges! TBH she actually did my nails right. But I guess I have to find another place to go! I don't think it's right to be yelled at and disrespected! So they have lost a paying customer!
