While the final result was good, the customer service and overall experience could definitely use improvement.

They have wine, champagne, water, coffee, tea etc available as well which is really nice. I fell asleep during the renew my sole massage because I was that relaxed. They have a huge variety of services such as full body massages and facials as well. It's extremely spacious inside and they try to separate everyone so that each individual can have some relaxing privacy which is really nice. Today I didn't have the best experience in my massage and when I mentioned it to the staff they were kind enough to give me a small discount which I really appreciated.
