Not only was the service terrible, but the unsanitary conditions left me with a fungal infection so painful that I had to seek medical care because of the pain and their negligence. I've been a loyal customer for almost three years, always requesting Angie because I like the way she does my nails and toes. Recently, I called to fix a broken toenail and was told I didn't need an appointment because it was a quick fix and that Angie would be available. When I arrived, staff acted confused to my call , and Angie was busy and told me that it'll take her 1hr 30 min to complete and that I can wait or come back. I mentioned that i tried to handle this matter the proper way by booking and appointment but was told that she will be availabl. I called and scheduled for the next morning with Angie, She confirmed the appointment, and I even received a confirmation text. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Angie was "off," and staff claimed I never confirmed. This wasted my time twice and felt very unprofessional. On top of that, despite being a paying, loyal client who tips regularly, I booked Angie for my wedding nails and on arrival I was told she wasn't available so I had to search for someone else at the last minute! Angie consistently gives me a cold and unwelcoming attitude, acting as if she doesn't want to do my nails. All fingers was pointed at me when I did my best to book the proper way! Because of this experience, I, along with my sister and mom, have decided to take our business elsewhere. Although I do think it is a bit overpriced compared to local competitors I believe the service and location compensate a bit. Nancy was sweet and gentle with my pedicure. After getting home and taking a good look at the job, the young man had done, I was so disappointed. It's a sloppy job he put one layer of topcoat on so my nails are rough and not shiny. The salon only looks the part, the quality of their work falls short (this is an understatement). I had a new set put on 2.5 weeks ago, went elsewhere for a fill. When the technician removed the gel polish, we discovered that 3 finger had fungus growing on the acrylic. She told me that if I waited 3 more days, the fungus would've made its way to my nails. Unbelievable! I rarely have a nail lift, but all 10?! Clearly the original technicians fault. Joanna placed the full set on my nails. This place is way overpriced for the crappy work they do. Highly disappointed and definitely do not recommend. Oh, might I add that I had my eyebrows threaded that same day and the lady was so busy talking to others she burned the skin around my eyebrows. Now it's been ruined for me, the artist I was with was today super kind for the most part. I noticed when he made a few mistakes he took the quick and easy route to fix it, instead of fixing it properly. I was getting dip. He started to file the dip down to make it smooth and he made a hole in it. So he re-dipped once and then sealed it. Put a top coat on and said I was done. I asked him to fix that nail properly he refused. So I checked out with the manager and told them off the issue then I left. In the parking lot it broke as I was leaving. Instead of going back in, I went home and took it all off and re did them myself and lasted way longer. I've asked them before if they take appointments and they said no. I had to go to another tech and had to ask them to take the previous SNS off 3 times before applying the new one. The simple design I asked for looks nothing like what I asked for. The polish on my toes started to chip. I called them and they were ok with me coming back to get it fixed. Two days after that I wore my sneakers and polish on feet completely came off. All my years of getting nail servic this has NEVER happened. I paid $55 dollars for a pedicure and my feet the next day look like it had been weeks without service. I got a regular manicure with gel polish. It looked like a child painted it. I paid $85 dollars for my daughter to get her nails done... the nails looked like they were place over the cuticle.... 1 week In and the acrylic nail fell off.... If I could give 0 Stars I would, I received a confirmation email as well as text message stating that my appointment was good to go for July 4th at 10:00 a.m. as I approached the salon I realized all the lights were off and there was no sign stipulating that they were going to be closed on July 4th. My appointment was never cancelled , I even received a text confirming my appointment for the 3rd time at 10 o'clock at night. I waited at the salon for an additional 45 minutes, how could you have a business and not call your customer to reschedule or inform them about closing. I went to this salon to get my nails done and decided to give them a try. I couldn't get the nails I wanted cause they were going to charge me an arm and leg for them. So I opted for regular ombré but with no flower designs like I wanted. I always give benefit of the doubt but they look terrible. I paid $75 for a bad job. The ombré barely blends and the shape is terrible too. I also had trouble with the nail tech cause I tried communicating with her over and over how I want them done but she just didn't understand me. It was the same when I got my brows done. I asked her to just do the bottom only multiple times and she didn't listen and just did what she wanted. I'm getting these removed by another nail tech and I won't be coming here again for manicures. For the price paid it not worth the outcome. I always pass this salon everyday and say to myself that I have to try them one day. Well, I finally had an opportunity when my nail tech wasn't available at my regular spot. Let me first say that the location is very convenient. Inside is beautiful, chic and spacious. I was greeted by Micheal who gave me thee warmest welcome. He explained some of the services the salon provides. He did informed me that it was going to be a wait for a pedicure and offered me something to drink. I noticed that the salon have a huge variety of nail polish which was impressive. So why 2 stars...well after my 20 min wait, I was finally taken to the back to receive my pedicure. While in the massage chair, the nail tech kept suggesting that I do the deluxe pedicure which is infused scented lotion for the massage part of the pedicure. I thought it was annoying after he suggested it 3 times during my service. I was interested in relaxing and enjoying my pedicure. Besides, my mind was already set on a regular pedicure because I know how sensitive my skin is. Overall, I thought my toenails looked as though a 10 year did them. The nail tech painted over my cuticles and didn't bother to clean them up. After saying something he tried to cleaned the sides but the work was subpar.
