Great service, happy with the results!…read more Quoting and scheduling was a breeze with Lexi. Klaus came in significantly under other local quotes and it was a no brainer to use their service. The schedule was delayed a day due to rain, however they arrived the following day right on time, and the entire process was completed in one day. I scheduled for this on a Monday and service was completed Saturday. Quick turn around! And they left my home and lawn area super clean. My only nitpick is their trailer stayed on my property for 3 days after the work was completed, this was just an inconvenience. Otherwise, I was extremely happy with the service and my roof looks great.

Their estimator, Damian, came out about two months ago. I can look up the date, but what I say…read moretonight is that, it's on the one-day job has now turned into three, it's a historic house with a and who showed up were excellent, but they showed up after I was notified at after 8 PM the night before, I had calling for a week, requesting more information and pointing out other issues I was concerned about and was doubtful that they were prepared to proceed. I found out the men were not, they did not have a ripper with them. They did do a nice job with the flashing. Bring it Nina they are a corporate pyramid scheme, pricing was not made clear until they overcharged me with an invoice before the work was done, and then demanded I pay them that day and nobody knew what the problems were that the job was far from complete., Not at all for the contract which I paid half for upfront when told me everything I wanted to hear, including his background his experience so I wrote him a check that day. The corporate structure is to minimize communication, to overcharge for unrevealed and then argue and try to the customer, all well saying how much Nina understands customer service. I was not notified of their second appearance, same men, great attitude, I love undocumented immigrants, and that's what I presume they are because One could communicate with me the other man could not. They worked hard. They were friendly, I could trust them. I would not trust the corporate motivations or the from them over the phone. They've asked me to please talk communicating with me because I work 20 years in New York City as a union employee, ripped off in the manner apparently accustomed to doing this is my first post there will be more. I just came to yelp to try to get some background and see how many other complaints they have. They are . I gave her my best advice that they need to take my initial deposit and be very happy that done with me, I would work with the employees in an instant, but I will never trust miss Chrisifulli after the way responded today to my text messages. I have mostly received unintelligent, and uninformed that I pay them because the job is complete, and the job is not complete. She can either walk away and send me an emailed statement saying we are finished doing business with one another and that they have been paid in full, even though the job is not complete in court and I will tell the jury "the proof is in the roof" she's been for warned. I've worked in Manhattan's Harlem neighborhood for 11 years and I don't accept it that she thinks poor dumb hick out in Hoosick, cause that's what it feels like, I tried to assist and prevent and get further communication with both Damian and Nina, but I only got Nana requesting a final payment from done, even after I was on the roof, sending her photos. Lexi seems very professional and dialed in. Damian has some other issue apparently he can't return a call when I out to him two weeks ago. He was not made available today, though I was told a man was there on Saturday, who did not call me when I was away at my farm working in the afternoon. It's be interesting folks. Good night, Nina. I gave you my best advice in my last text to you and your comment, even though you ignored all my prior advice and a request to speak with you in the last two weeks Your reply was please stop texting me. At least you said please and I have stopped for now with direct communication with you. I want this over and done. Jim

We had Sheeley re-do our roof this February. They were fantastic. The roof was previously…read moreshingled with 3 layers of shingles (not my doing) and had some water damage underneath. Therefore, they had to remove the 3 layers, replace some of the plywood, and then replace the gutter-covers. They did a great job. They were very professional, finished faster than they said they would, and ended up charging us less than they initially said they would. One thing that really impressed me was that when something fell on a railing on our porch and cracked it, as soon as I pointed that out Sheeley agreed to replace it without hesitation, they went out purchased the replacement, and installed it without me having to lift a finger. When a company lives up to their mistakes like that it really shows their true value. These guys were not the cheapest option out there, but they were very well worth the extra cost.

Highest praises all around for Sheeley Roofing! We were about 30yrs in on a drab brown 3-tab…read moreshingle that had lived its full life. After dealing with several contractors who took weeks to confirm a site visit for an estimate and then NEVER getting back with a price, we called Sheeley upon seeing their ad in the Bluestone Press. Kelly got back right away to schedule an appointment with General Manager Steve, who came out and walked us through the process, giving a clear breakdown of pricing and answering any questions that arose along the way. Day of install, the crew was incredible - fast and precise with safety a top priority (ropes/harnesses etc.). Front and back of the house was draped with debris nets, protecting flower beds and siding during demo. Garrett, project manager and liaison between crew and homeowner, was very affable and kept us informed on the progress. By mid-morning the roof was off and ice and water shield was going on. By 5:30 the shingles were on and the yard was swept, even utilizing a wheeled magnet to syphon any rogue nails that may have landed in the grass. The charcoal architectural shingle with black drip edge looked sharp with clean edges, giving our home a more modern look while not breaking the bank. Sheeley offers an incredible decades-long warranty on their roofs, which is even transferable to future owners should you decide to sell. It's amazing to watch a crew firing on all cylinders and complete a project in one day - only wish we had set up a time-lapse! Hands down a great experience and we can't recommend them enough. Look around on your next drive and see all the Sheeley signs at the end of driveways - there's a reason for that!

It's been almost a year now and the quality of the work is excellent - zero issues with any of it which is a major relief. The detail work he did is stellar - I am still noticing things he took care of without us having to ask. He worked really quickly too which was helpful since the epicenter of our home was completely torn apart. He ALSO found and fixed some MAJOR problems without adding very much to the over all cost of the project which was very, very kind, something most other contractors would have taken advantage of. The last thing I will say is that the weekend before we were set to start the renovation, I severely broke my ankle. I was sending notes and sketches to Cole from my hospital bed and he was unbelievably patient, kind, and open to whatever we wanted to do and made sure he had what we wanted just right. He was easy to work with and made sure we were happy with every single decision. He also gave us great advice when we were considering a bad choice for materials or design. I seriously cannot recommend him enough, Cole is a great contractor, does excellent and HONEST work. He's busy but if you can get on his calendar, I promise you will not be disappointed. 4,000,000/10 will hire him again (I am attaching photos - they aren't great images and don't do the job justice at ALL, but i tried)
