Not only did he vacuum any construction dust, debris, etc. but he also cleaned the unit as well with a great smelling lemon cleaner. There was one minor thing wrong and he went back to the office and brought the right thing right away no questions asked. I would highly recommend New Space. One competitor I looked into had a significant amount of bad reviews on the BBB and social media. Other competitors tried high pressure and others were about gimmicks. Everything about dealing with them was professional. Calls were returned promptly. Questions answered quickly. The project was completed as promised and on time. The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience. They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured. Scott came to our house himself to take measurements before he ordered anything, he came by several times during the renovation process to help out and check on the progress. Jerry, the contractor that did all the work was at our house every day until the job was completed. After it was completed, he had my husband and I look over everything to make sure we were satisfied with everything before he left. The following day, Scott came by to look at everything and wanted to make sure we were happy with everything. There were no hidden costs, the renovation cost exactly what they quoted us.
