I understand mistakes happen, but they YET AGAIN incorrectly sent in the additional paperwork for my return. I'm a single mother and count on this money every year to help offset rent, daycare etc. I battled cancer last year and because of the chemotherapy treatments, was unable to work. So this refund was something I was really looking forward to. Everytime I have called and left a message, no one has gotten back to me. It has been 16 weeks since my original refund was filed. The IRS is saying they never even received the missing paperwork. I'm beyond livid. I'm now trying to fix this with no help from this ridiculous firm. I'll never go back there and make sure NONE of my friends and family do either. For being such a loyal, long time client of theirs, they could care less about my situation.
