As soon as we arrived he was showered with hugs and kisses and reassuring words. Twenty minutes in his eyes were glazed over with pure delight as he was getting scrubs and more kisses. We we're so pleased with Mack (brown dog) we took our other dog Oscar (black dog) to Daisys VIP grooming today and we are nothing less than delighted! My mother cleans houses and says "I love to find the dirt, it means I'm going a good job"....well at Daisys VIP, she finds the hair!!!! We had no idea Oscar had so much under coat. That has not always been the case, when we have used other groomers. We previously were unhappy with the location in a small strip mall, where getting into and out of the parking lot could be difficult with lines of cars at a fast food restaurant sometimes obstructing access to the lot. But they now have moved across the street to a much larger strip mall having easy access and parking. We now could not be more happy with Earthwise.

Not a good experience. Made an appointment for my 17 year old dog for a complete groom yet when I…read morepicked him up his underside was not trimmed and his head and face were not groomed at all. Even though it was only a partial groom, I was charged for a complete groom. In addition, I was also charged an upcharge as supposedly a second groomer was needed to hold him. I was never told there was a potential for an upcharge even though I made it explicitly clear both when I made the appointment AND when I dropped him off that he could be difficult. I was charged $70.00 for a groom that left my dog looking ridiculous. When I questioned being charged for a complete groom even though his underside and head and face were not groomed, the groomer said "well I did spend 45 minutes on him". That, in my opinion, is unacceptable. I was not opposed to paying some for the groom, but being charged for a full groom is ludicrous, especially for the groom that my dog received. I cannot recommend this grooming establishment.

I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming.
