Anyone heading to and from work could stop on by and get their daily workout. There seems to be more equipment at this location as far as bikes, and there appears to be more weight machines. However, the Stafford location has more space, a women's workout area (that I've only taken a glimpse of when I took my first tour of the place), higher stairs, more rooms, and an outside area. Either location, I'm sure the workout will be excellent with their top notch trainers. If you're in the area, stop by, speak to a trainer, and workout asap.

The AC also went out for a period of time, but it has been fixed recently after a few days of being shut down for repair. Honestly, it's a cool gym for beginners, and maybe intermediate gym-goers. They've already changed staff a bit and now one of the gym managers is an inexperienced young lady. Not very strong with customer service and problem solving. I would suggest a more seasoned team member for difficult situations. Also note, they charge a $15 late fee beginning a day after the due date if payment is not received. No grace period and you will be turned around at the door if you have a balance. Other gyms would allow you to make a payment at a later date if not available at the time of check-in, but not at this particular location. Just a heads up. There was a huge misunderstanding with my account that unfortunately wasn't resolved by management at this location. I was able to get assistance from the front desk at the Humble location. I was told that there were other complaints with the manager, Lucy/Luci (sp?), at my original location. I knew I wasn't tripping lol There is going to be a sports bar opening soon in the same strip center, so I'm not sure how that will change the dynamics of the area and parking, etc. I do recommend a different location if you can.
