Both of my kids started going to All About Me when they were 3 months old/2 years old and stayed for over 3 years. I'm cautious about education environment for my children as a working mom so I visited at least 7-8 childcare/learning centers before making the decision to go to All About Me. I'm so glad we chose AAM! I cannot say enough good things about this place. My favorite thing about this place is the warm and friendly environment that is evident immediately when you walk in the door. It was hard to leave a 3 month old baby with anyone, but I completely trusted teachers in the infant room. As a first time mom, I also learned a lot from Ms. Maria - they are all AMAZING! The director, Ms. Vicki, and all the other teachers, Ms. Rudi, Ms. Nia, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Adela and Ms. Klaudia, in the toddler classes are all wonderful with both of my kids. Also, I have even become a really good friend with all of the teachers! All the teachers and staffs know all of the kids' names regardless of the class. Since she was a toddler I have wanted abby to attend martial arts classes, however it hasnt always been easy and a success. Last year we finally decided to try it again. The staff and everyone have been so kind and nice in accepting Abby as there student. It was a long road ahead, but with everyone's help sensei's Noel great hard work, we finally accomplished in receving the white belt and the yellow belt. Sensei Noel has been nice and respectful and trained Abby as who she is and not for her disability. Abby has grown to love sensei noel and love coming to her classes. Writing a review for the 1.5 hour free virtual intro class with Laurel. Laurel has been nothing but…read morefriendly, and affable, creating a safe space for participants to explore their sensuality and get lost in the experience. First, we heard about the start of S Factor, the mission, and the available classes. Then we had a 40 minute warm up, which consisted of stretching and variations of yoga. Good to stretch all those dormant muscles. Have to agree with other Yelp reviewers about the pace being too slow, but I imagine for older participants, the tempo was just right. Since many participants don't have a pole at home and this was an intro class, for the remaining 20ish minutes we did moves that built off our warm-up. All were sensual, slow, and playful. Laurel was great at encouraging us and allowing us not to feel self-conscious repeating seductive moves that are typical to those you would do during a striptease. At home, I felt unmotivated to be rolling around on a floor, repeating moves that are more suitable for practicing with a pole. I would be bummed if I had to pay such hefty price tag for the class with a pace that is more appropriate for older women. The $70 per class price tag is not for broke MS students like myself, so I wouldn't have had the means to try the class if not for a free, digital intro in the times of covid-19.

Hear me roar! *insert cheers and gasps*…read more Sheila Kelley's S Factor is the original creator of the oh so sinfully seductive pole dance workout that has been taking the nation by storm over the past few years. I had heard about this movement from one of my friends at UCLA and she highly recommended it as being one of the best and appealing workouts she's ever done. When I moved to NYC, I needed something to jump start my exercise routine to curb weight gain and decided pole dancing might be just the thing. I was a little worried about it though since I did have an ACL repair in high school but I was assured that my knee would be fine with the movements. They were right! I signed up for an intro class last October and I've been indulging in my Erotic Creature ever since! I look forward to my 2 hour class every single week and that, my friends, is something you need in order to work out. It has to appeal to you and you must truly want to go otherwise you'll drop the routine and just sit home and do nothing. Doing S Factor also got me into signing up for a gym so now I am working out at least 4 times a week... which is what I needed in my new post-college life. You can also sign up for smaller, shorter classes if you want more workouts on the side. As you take more levels or specialty classes, you are rewarded points that you can then use to redeem for other classes. That's a great little reward for someone like me who has been taking the classes for a long period of time. Pole dancing has certainly changed my body and made me stronger and more powerful. You should see some of the things I can do now; I can defy gravity, haha! People often write off pole dancing as a sexual, stripper only type of act but really, strippers can not do what my teachers can do. They are true athletes that compare to the athletic abilities of Cirque du Soleil. They are such beautiful and strong women. Pole dancing is NOT about dancing for a man, or even a woman. It's about dancing for yourself. It gives you such confidence in your own sexy self and the woman-only environment is very warm and friendly. I've made some wonderful friends here and I look forward to another year as an S woman. My S Factor's New Year's resolution is to be able to do the splits and meet the lovely Sheila Kelley. I love S Factor! P.S.: S Factor is NOT cheap but if you have a financial situation, you can apply for scholarships or even partake in a work study to make it more than affordable. If you ever want to take a half-off intro class, just PM me and I can email you the offer; all current students have a referral program! The owner and instructors CARE and that is hard to find now a days. They make every family feel like they matter and have a voice. They don't just let your kids move up in belt because you pay the fee. They actually teach them what is needed and they have to work for it. Their classes have helped my son with his discipline and helps him release all the extra energy he can't during regular school hours. If you miss a class they will allow you to make it up as long as you inform them. The workout classes for adults are amazing. No Judgment zone and allows you to work at your own pace. They motivate you and hold you accountable. I am not a fit person and in 2 months I was able to not only lose some weight and inches, but actually enjoyed working out. They offer Zumba, NJHITT, and Kickboxing classes. They also have Nerf night for parents where you pay a small fee and you can leave your kids there for 3 hours playing with dinner included.
