This is a fantastic gym with so much to offer. Not only do they they have fantastic trainers…read moreavailable, but the also offer self defense classes for all ages at no charge. They even teach an accredited martial arts class (Aikido) in the evenings at no charge for members of the gym. The equipment is state of the art with a wide variety and choices. The fitness center is clean and well kept. I love the fact that the doors are locked to everyone except members. When you join you get an electronic key fob that gives you access 24/7. I've been going here for 18 months and still look forward to coming here. I feel safe and secure here, unlike some big gyms that have cars and lockers broken in to several times a week. This gym costs more, but then again, you get what you pay for.
