Created a corporate inquiry. No response. So I called today 5.13.2025 to speak with management. None on duty until tomorrow. Jaden, same employee I spoke with on 5.9.2025 with initial complaint about horrible brown grapes answered again. He apologized that no one followed up with me on 5.12. My chosen resolution was to reissue a new order rather than wait for a discount that probably would never materialize. The caveat was Jaden would oversee the process. Delivery estimated for later this evening by 3rd party since normal driver was out. And receive a text when driver was enroute. So a couple of hours later, I answered my Ring camera. It was Jaden himself making a personal delivery! 10/10 The grapes are plump and green 10/10 just as they should be with high remarks for the other new fruit 10/10. It was delivered in a reusable bag 10/10 with 2 special treats (one from previous order) and an I'm Sorry balloon attached! This is customer service. The original order was $97! I expect the best and it was a gift from my recent college graduate daughter. Woo Hoo! Folks.... this is customer service at its best. Mistakes happen. Jaden owned it and resolved it.
