It certainly appeared to us that they signed up way too many kids for number of parts available in this play. I give them props for helping me reach my goal of 50 lb dumbbells for shoulder press. I only got two reps but I am stoked. Coach Heather always makes me laugh and has the best personality. It's impossible to be upset when you're around her. Coach Emily is so darn sweet and I'm so happy when I get to take her class because it's not often enough. Coach Laura is the OG! I adore her! Every coach is so badass and awesome. The front desk is fantastic too. It's truly the best orange theory and gym out here! I'm obsessed. I've recently been using the pool and the treadmill since I'm pregnant, and both have been really helpful for staying active. Most of the equipment is new and well-maintained, which makes workouts more enjoyable. My favorite part is the Zumba classes and I love the teacher. I do wish they offered yoga classes specifically for pregnant women that would make the experience even better.

My son is a baseball player but the youth group seemed to be basketball players.

Definitely the feel of a more "hardcore" or "old school" gym simply for the good variety of equipment and benches, as well as some powerlifting equipment. However, a large part of that "feel" is because it is simply black and white with no crazy distracting colors if you're anything like me and come into the gym often of an evening after a long day when it can be tough enough to focus! The performance/class side is bomb too, with plenty of indoor space for classes of all types for all fitness levels and ages! There is a filtered water dispenser so just bring your water bottle and fill 'er up! There's a great varity of pre and post workout shakes, drinks, barss, and snacks so you won't be leaving hungry because you forgot your food unless you just choose to go without! Two thumbs up! Love the place and the people! Coach J Walk is my fav!!!
