Dandelion and Cat did a great job on a complex job! One renter was staying, the other two were moving out, but Cat took care of everything we needed done and some of the stuff we were hoping she'd get to--and even a little we didn't expect! Bathrooms sparkle, and I swear she performed a miracle in getting the kitchen sink clean. On time, worked hard, and I'm very happy--will use again! $50/hr is a good rate I think for a deep clean, she got it done in 6 hours to do 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and the kitchen. I booked an appointment around 7 pm for an appointment at 10:30 am the following morning, which was awesome! I wanted a thorough and "green" clean - as someone who used to clean houses for a living, these things were important to me. The owner, Kati was quick to respond and awesome at answering my questions, and Savannah did an amazing job with the clean! We asked for a list of things to be deep cleaned including baseboards, bathrooms, floors, etc., 6 hours of cleaning totaling $300. 3/4 of the upstairs baseboards were already cleaned the day before and that took me 60 min., max on my hands and knees to do so. The upstairs guest bathroom sized 8 x 5, (essentially a half bath) is not used and was already cleaned two days earlier as well. This all was expressed to the cleaning crew clearly. Six hours of cleaning resulted in 1/4 of the baseboards cleaned upstairs (no furniture was moved) so actually less than 1/4, and the stairwell baseboards. 2 of our smallest bathrooms were cleaned with no vacuuming or washing of the floors. Nothing else was touched. No floors vacuumed, no dusting, kitchen untouched, no floors washed, no counters wiped down, not even a blanket was folded on our couch. Our master bathroom only had clean sinks and a semi-clean toilet. The master shower was untouched. Six hours of cleaning and $300 later resulted in a few baseboards, and two bathrooms cleaned one which was already clean! We politely expressed our concern and confusion over what we paid for vs. what we received and it was met with nothing but a long email of defense. Kati said she'd be willing to have a conversation about it and we said agreed that that would be best. Instead of calling she emailed saying she gave it thought. How do you give objective thought without a conversation, hearing the customer's concern, or what would have been more professional would be to show up and see for herself what we were unsatisfied with? Instead we were dismissed, emailed a lot of excuses, defenses and then charged for the full clean. We have never experienced such unprofessional communication/service. Kati said a deep clean for a 2 bedroom one bath would cost $750. I am floored at that cost! My mom gets her house sparkling clean for $300 and they have 9 bedrooms and 6 baths. They were on time, they arrived with supplies in hand and a smile! They worked throughout the day to do a deep clean of a two bedroom / two bath apartment. When they were done, the place sparkled! I moved from an apartment into a new (old) house in Longmont in July, 2016 and decided it was once again time to hire a cleaning service to do what they do best, so I can travel and do what I do best (consulting) without spending a weekend every month cleaning 2600 square feet of floors and furniture. I'm happy to pay more for good service, and I have zero patience for shoddy work as a result. I'm also a little OCD when it comes to having a clean house and have 2 cats, so cat hair is a problem. Yes, I run a finger along the top of my kitchen cabinets and look under the couch to see if my cleaning service did the job right. The key to good service is communication because I know my expectations aren't the same as everyone else's, and I've found Kati and her crew to be especially good in this regard - they've been completely open to feedback from the beginning, and I've never had to mention anything twice. My house passes the white glove test when they're done, and I'm satisfied with their work - more so than any cleaning service I've hired in the last 20 years. That's an achievement! read more

It takes a week out to schedule someone new or a move-in clean so my request won't work with their scheduling... just fyi. Not sure if that is all year long or just around the holidays. Don't know where to begin. Would give it zero stars except they did show up on time and cleaned some things. I was quoted $155 for two people for 2 1/2 hours. Not a big house. One floor , open floor plan, finished basement. For 2 1/2 hours and 2 people I wound up with 4 toilets that got cleaned, 3 rugs vacuumed (sort of) and a kitchen sink cleaned. Kitchen floor FILTHY, DUST EVERYWHERE, clear that bedrooms were not dusted, mirrors not cleaned, one bed made (all lumpy), and some but not all bathrooms cleaned (not big bathrooms - only one has a full tub). Dust all over hardwood floors that could easily have been swiffered. I am not asking my house to be scrubbed on hands and knees. Basement NOT EVEN TOUCHED - so 2 1/2 hours cleaned about 2% (or less) of house for $155? With 2 people? Trash cans not even emptied! Of course if they go over the time they alot to clean the house then you are charged more. Nice business model. Owner claims they didn't have enough time to finish - so of course I would have to pay even more. I did ask for a little extra - and said never mind when they told me it would go over the time allotted but would think most "professional cleaners" would know to just get the basics done in that case. Who takes dirty dishes out of a sink, cleans the sink, and leaves the dirty dishes on the counter full of yucky water for me to clean up? They do! And now I still have to clean my entire house. Will NEVER use them, recommend them, and hope to remove them from my memory once I am done washing my floors, cleaning my mirrors, vacuuming my rugs, dusting my furniture, and finishing cleaning my bathrooms. They require a credit card when you first book with them - so BEWARE! read more

We had them come and clean our house. $150 for a 4 bedroom home. 2 people came from 9:30-12:00. They didn't wash the floors, garbage was not taken out, dishes in the kitchen sink was not completed. Garbage on the floor - The owner's excuse was they "ran out of time" with 5 man hours of work. Now we get to clean the whole house since they did almost nothing....WORST CLEANER EVER!!! read more
