First I wanted to say that communication with Alexandra was great. Their customer service did not disappoint and if I could rate that service separately I would give her 5/5. The Cleaning Fairies fell short in every other aspect though. We did cap the amount of time they could be there to three hours since this is what other cleaning companies quoted us. What a mistake not going with our first cleaning company choice. We asked them to do a move out clean in our 500 sq. ft. home and to focus on the bathroom and kitchen. They quoted us $45 per hour for two people to clean in that three hour period. However, when we inspected the house (focusing on the kitchen/bathroom) we noticed they didn't even bother to clean on top of selves or other surfaces in those two rooms. Total these two rooms add up to maybe 100 square feet of the house. Two people, three hours, in 100 square feet does not add up to the quality of a clean we got. My husband and I could've spent three hours and cleaned the entire house to a better standard than what we got paying $135 to the Cleaning Fairies to do two rooms. We were required to hire a cleaning company by our landlord, but because of the sub-par cleaning we were not given our full deposit AND ate the cost of the cleaning. The Cleaning Fairies were willing to re-clean the two rooms they had guaranteed, and the rest of the house at a reduced rate, but this solution did not work for us because we had already moved out. The Cleaning Fairies were unwilling to offer an alternate solution. If you decide to hire the cleaning fairies be prepared to pay a substantial amount of money for something you could probably do better yourself. read more

My roommate and I needed to have our apartment cleaned prior to moving out, and the owner of Cleaning Fairies (Molly) quoted $200 for 5 hours of work, which sounded reasonable to us for a thorough job. So here's what got cleaned: -Non-carpeted floors (we instructed no carpet-cleaning, as those were to be replaced, which meant the cleaners only had to clean about 20% or less of the floors in the apartment) -Kitchen countertops & glass stovetop -Outer dishwasher door -Outer oven door -Outer toilet bowls -Bathroom mirrors -Bathtubs (...kind of) And here's what DIDN'T get cleaned: -Kitchen sink (also, the cleaners seemed to have emptied their dustpans all over the clean racked dishes in the sink) -Insides of empty kitchen cabinets -Top of refrigerator (per our instructions, they didn't have to clean the inside) -Inside of oven -Windowsills and blinds throughout the apt (this was especially irritating, as Molly had specifically asked whether we needed them dusted, and we said yes) -Glass doors in the bedrooms and living room -Mantelpiece -Shower shelves and doors (it didn't even seem to occur to them to wipe the shelves off, and they left big globs of soap on the doors) -Inner toilet bowls -Dusty bathroom lights -Bathroom faucets (the team actually left hairs that did not belong to my roommate or to me all over one of them) According to Molly, her cleaners did clean our apartment for a full 5 hours. They text her when they arrive/leave and apparently that's taken as gospel proof. Not that it isn't a good thing to stand by your employees, but what the team could possibly have been doing in our apartment for 5 hours remains a total mystery to me. The apt was in good overall shape to start with, as noted by Molly during her site visit. My roommate and I took photos documenting everything (they're disgusting and some are posted here! Enjoy!) and sent them to Molly. Then we spent several hours doing all the work the Cleaning Fairies had failed to do. We weren't happy, but were patient and civil about it all. Molly's response? That we weren't the first to complain about this team that day, that they were "running on fumes" and "missed the mark" . . . and that she'd knock a measly 20% off the $200 bill. I pointed out that we'd spent at least 2 hours doing what we were paying CF to do, and that was a modest estimate. There was simply no way the CF team did even 3 hours of work in our apartment, let alone 4. We weren't asking for a full refund, which I, had I been in Molly's embarrassing position, would have offered immediately; we just wanted to pay only for the work that was actually done. I have been using the Cleaning Fairies for the past 9 years, on twice-per-month basis, so I'd like to provide a review as a long-time customer. I have been very happy with their service; we have two dogs, two cats, and a young child, so our house usually looks like a tornado has come through by the time we are due for our next. When I come home from work after a cleaning day, the whole house is spotless! I am sensitive to strongly-scented cleaning supplies, so I am grateful for their use of eco-friendly, fragrance-free cleaners. I also appreciate their commitment to customer service: after every cleaning, the office sends an email to ask me if I was happy with the clean or not. I almost always am 100% happy with the cleaning, but on the rare occasion that I notice that the Fairies missed something, the office sends someone out the next day, at no additional charge, to address the issue. They also update the "spec sheet" for our house accordingly, so that our preferences are noted. Another factor I appreciate: They send the same team to my house each time. This approach has allowed the Fairies to get to know the idiosyncrasies of our house (which surely helps them be more time-efficient), plus I take comfort in knowing who is in my house while I'm away at work. We have a dog who is uncomfortable with strangers, but now he knows these particular Fairies and they can let themselves in when I'm not there. Finally, I think it's worth noting that the Cleaning Fairies offer paid time off to their workers and bonuses for good work. Cleaning houses for a living is a seriously hard job, and it feels good to know that I'm supporting a locally-owned (and woman-owned!) company that is doing right by its workers. read more

Absolutely awful. Molly came to our house and promised a superb clean at $35 an hour and did not deliver. I was ok with paying the $175 for the initial clean, as I was promised it would be incredible, and that the next time around would just be maintenance cleaning to keep up the standard. However, the fairies did a terrible job. Didn't clean around toilets, baseboards or take out trash. They left dirty dishes in the sink and didn't even wipe down the microwave. I was promised 3 girls for 5 hours and only 2 showed up, late... and stayed for only 2 hours and said "your house was already clean" when I asked them why they were leaving early!!! When I told Molly about my experience, she offered no fix, or discount for the poor experience. Instead, she insisted I pay the full price. Needless to say I will NOT be using the cleaning fairies again. I advise you do not either. Terrible clean, terrible customer service. read more

Pro: The owner responds fast with email, text msg, and phone calls. Not too expensive. The place looks clean Con: The fairies are not detail oriented. They wipe stuff up, organize visible stuff so they look nice, but if you want things to be cleaned thoroughly.. count on yourself and not them. Either the owner does not communicate well with the fairies or the fairies just ignore what the owner said: But, if I want something add to the cleaning list, the fairies don't seem to get it done. It's like they work in "auto" mode, only doing things that they usually do .. but fail to do stuff that you ask them to do. The worst thing is the fairies do not follow up with you what they have done in one cleaning session and what they haven't gotten done. I understand if they don't get everything done in the list cause they are busy, but leaving a note and perhaps ask me if I want to set up another cleaning schedule to get those done will be nicer. They also do not give you a note or reason or bother to call why they are late or why they can't come or if they can't get to your place.. All I know is the place is not cleaned = the fairies are not there which could piss you off when you really-really need to do a major clean ASAP. Overall: A good, moderate-price, (somewhat) reliable cleaning service. Some fairies are better than others. Like I happen to not like the fairy who always comes to clean my place cause she just worries more being "fast" rather than being "clean". She is always late or not showing up as schedule or just come to say "Sorry, I only have 1 hour to clean."...If that happens, I usually make sure that I only get charge for 1 hour (instead of 3 hour/session). If you don't contact the owner, I think you will get charge for the full session. I like her partner a lot, but do not know how to break them apart. Try to schedule a session when you are available at your place cause then the fairies can't work in "auto-mode" and have to listen to what you want. Be demanding (contact them a lot so your expectation are met and to make sure you only get charge for those hours when the fairies are actually there), but don't be rude. Most of the time I think they do a very good job, so be appreciative and give them good tips when they deserve it. I don't usually leave tips around if I happen to not be at my place. I usually see how they do first... If I like it, then I call in, email or text them to say job well done and authorize the tips to be charged to my credit card. read more

They showed up late and left early. I signed up for a 3 hour session wanting a meticulous clean, but they only speedily vacuumed and dusted for about 40 minutes. The cleaning ladies explained that their paperwork only states that they be there for an hour and that they felt they were finished. There is still scum, dirt, and dust on my counters and other easily accessible areas! Our bathtub looks the same as before they arrived. Would not recommend! I was originally going to use their $100 3hr clean coupon, but after I called the front desk and explained that they left early, they said they'd only drop the charge to $70. I paid $70 to have a "professional cleaning service" come to my home for 40 minutes, but for the same amount of time (and for free), I could've done a better job. I was charged for a 2 hour clean because 2 ladies were working at the same time, even though it was really only 40 minutes of rushed cleaning. Sarah, at the front desk, didn't even offer a discount or anything to make up for the terrible service. She only offered to schedule me in for another clean... NO THANKS. read more

Short story: Do not use the cleaning fairies. They under deliver in a huge way and you'll waste your $$. Long story: I used the cleaning fairies 2 times in June 2014. I was attracted to the name and the fact that they provide a check list of everything the fairies do each visit. Using checklists usually ensures that things are done close to 100% with nothing overlooked or forgotten. The Cleaning Fairies are the exception - somehow even with this checklist on my kitchen counter they thought they could get away with completing only half the tasks. There is too much confusion between meeting with the owner for an initial consultation and telling her everything you want done, then editing/clarifying/modifying everything with the office receptionist over email, and then receiving phone calls with questions while the fairies are there. So to find that even with several forms of written communication about what was to be done, and their checklist in addition, that the job was not done completely and main items requested were overlooked was frustrating, but it was the first time and I decided to give them a 2nd chance. No joke the 2nd visit was two or three times as bad as the first. They overlooked at least half of the items on the checklist. I'm fed up with under delivering over promising cleaners so I photographed everything they didn't do, emailed them my frustration and disappointment and requested a reimbursement of 50% of what I paid them between the two times. The owner replied pretty lame, agreeing with how poorly they did, and said she would mail a check for a fraction of what I requested. The owner (Molly) is extremely easy to work with and makes communication easy. I was referred by my realtor to have the fairies clean my home. I had lived it in for 24 years, have had it cleaned many times by other cleaning companies, and needed a final cleaning for the sale. I had the house cleaned three weeks before so the house was fairly clean already. The only thing I liked about the fairies is the name, Their poor communication, lousy cleaning, over projection of the estimate, and the price all added up to a big zero. As a customer of Cleaning Fairies for a little over two years, I have found their service to be reliable and consistent. I have had the same Fairy responsible for my home for the entire time (or at least nearly the entire time). After every clean, the office fairy sends an email to make certain I am satisfied with the clean or if there is anything else they can do to improve. The team has been sensitive to my needs as a cat owner. When I need something special or additional, the Fairies have been accommodating and provided a quote before the work was performed. Additionally, after the flood of 2013 when I was staying in the home of a friend, the Cleaning Fairies came to her home and did a clean before my friend returned from her vacation - she was also impressed with the state of her home when she returned. I should have read these reviews ahead of time. I went with TCF because I noticed their advertising everywhere and thought that they must be legit to be advertising that much. Initial work quote was changed at the last minute (how much they could get done) to not include my whole house. We got the same type pf stories from them that I see over and over again on the yelp page. They charged me $140 to only clean my upstairs and said next time they could surely do the whole house (we never asked them to only clean half the house). They didn't even make the bed. When Sarah came to assess our home, she was friendly and professional. After I set up my cleaning appointment - I was told they needed to shift the time back. I explained I was on my way out of town and asked if the "cleaning fairies" would be able to accommodate my schedule. I was assured, by Molly, that the "cleaning fairies" would have no problem taking care of this. On the scheduled appointment, the "cleaning fairies" arrived late. They were working hard to clean, but my entire family's schedule was screwed up - and we are very busy people. My kids returned from school and could not get into their rooms. We had to step around where the ladies were cleaning. My mother-in-law was late for my daughter's volleyball game. It was a nightmare. I sent feedback to Sarah that we would not contract service through them again. Sarah persistently sends messages about how it will be better next time - even after I have said NO to working with them. Now we are borderline harassment. And this after a detailed list I provided after the first clean, which was less than satisfactory. Disappointing, unprofessional, and not at all a time saver. We were getting ready to put our house on the market and basically needed to do a deep clean since there would be a photographer coming in and potential buyers. After calling around and getting rates from other cleaning services, we went with Cleaning Fairies because their rates were lower & they were available. I give them 1/2 a star for that, but we ended up getting what we paid for--not much. Our house is large, but very tidy and we opted for a 4 hour, 3 person cleaning. We had been moving some items into storage so our hardwood floors really needed to be cleaned! After they did their thang (I'm guessing interpretive dance or something totally unrelated to cleaning my damn house), our stager came by to bring in some art & a few pieces of furniture for the showings. She pointed out to me that walking around barefoot on our floors left her feet completely black with dirt. She also mentioned that when she moved our coffee table, she had to sweep up dog hair and dust. These are all things that shouldn't have even existed post-Cleaning Fairies visit! So WTF?! At that point, I didn't have time to check what else they missed so we contacted Cleaning Fairies and they offered to come back the next day & "make it right," but not before telling me that I was essentially wrong. Whatever. They came back the next day and I'm guessing did more interpretive dancing because there were stains on the floor that weren't taken care of. They provide a checklist of what you can expect to be cleaned which came in handy as I noticed more and more things that were not done. I decided to go down the list and see what they missed. They didn't wipe down any of the windowsills, they didn't clean any of the interior window panes or the glass on my French doors or the glass on my sliding doors, they did a total half-ass vacuuming job, they didn't wipe down the baseboards in any of the rooms, they didn't clean the hardwood floors, didn't dust the ceiling fan blades...you get the picture. Because we had a photographer & showings scheduled, I did not want to fuck around any longer and decided to just clean everything myself. Fantastic! Since that debacle, we've contacted them for an explanation or refund of some sort and have just been flat-out ignored. Definitely not. I gave the Cleaning Fairies 4 tries. I communicated after each cleaning. On the third cleaning it appeared they were able to clean my home per my preferences. Then, on the fourth cleaning the wheels came of the wagon: floors barely done, cleaning solution I had specifically asked them not to use, incomplete work . Highly disappointing as I had worked with them through communication. Each time I got an email it was a different person, each week a different team. I cannot recommend the Cleaning Fairies. Below is the final email I sent which summarizes my disappointment: "I am no longer in need of the cleaning fairies services. This week's cleaning was very poor. I don't think the laundry room floor was vacuumed, let alone washed. The main floors were also barely vacuumed and did not look mopped. The small area rugs had not been brought out during the process as the accumulated hair/dust was still at the edges. I had specifically stated two cleanings ago NOT to use the stainless steel cleaner that leaves a film; and I left out the Windex for the fairies and I came home to have to do all of the stainless again because the film-leaving cleaner had been used. It didn't look like this week's fairy bent down in the kitchen as I had to do the bottom of the range. I also ran into this week's fairy at the beginning of the cleaning and she was not very friendly or professional, sort of grunted out a few questions, but no introduction, no nothing. And, the fitted sheets on the beds were not pulled down over the corners. I also received an email mid-day referencing a meet up time from the original estimate. Do you date your notes?? I am highly disappointed as I thought we had come to a point where my needs and your capabilities had been matched through communication and resulted in a decent clean two week's ago. The quality of cleaning is good, however, they are not consistent with arrival time, number of fairies they send, the amount of time it takes for one cleaning, or communicating with the appropriate contact, as agreed. For some reason my last post was deleted so I'll write it again. This cleaning company provided the worst move out cleaning job I have ever experienced. After coming home to dusty or untouched countertops and streaky or uncleaned windows, (only to name a few) I sent the Cleaning Fairies pictures of their blatantly unsatisfactory work. The poor cleaning was only the beginning of my worries because after weeks of trying to get a response from someone, their untruthful and rude reply to me was unbelievable. They refused to send anyone back to fix it, refused to give me any type of refund whatsoever, and then attempted to lie and blame ME for their poor work. I do not write yelp reviews often, and a kind, honest response to my concerns would have deterred me from writing anything at all, but the way they responded to me really pushed me over the edge. I'll keep this simple: my roommate and I were completely underwhelmed by our "Cleaning Fairies" and owner Molly's response to our concerns after the job was "completed". Had we known this was the type of service we would receive we would have taken our business elsewhere, and we recommend you do as well. We originally chose the Cleaning Fairies based on good reviews; however, after we had them do a move out cleaning of our apartment, we have learned that the only thing that matters to the Cleaning Fairies is the time spent on the job and not the quality of the job. If all you want is someone to "clean" for 5 hours, use this service. But if you want someone to ensure your "clean" sink does not still have residue and random new black soot everywhere, hairs that are definitely not yours are not left on everything, and the very basics that you confirmed, like wiping down the blinds, happen, go elsewhere. Moreover, if you want someone who will listen to your concerns and stand by their work, we recommend you find someone else with more integrity and pride in a job well done. -- I am rereading reviews from customers and someone said "The Cleaning Fairies will ALWAYS respond to any problem you have, and in my experience, it's few and far in between that they mess up. But when they do, I let them know, and they come back for free and make it right." How I wish that were true. As a note: yes, Molly has offered to remove $40 from our total, but she continues to stick by the quality of work her cleaners delivered. You have 3 jobs when you own and operate a cleaning service. The first, and by far most important, is logistics. The second is training your staff how to clean. And the third is customer service. Molly, the owner and so-called operator of this pathetic joke of a business has failed terribly at every step. These guys should literally be run out of town. Landlord booked a couple of fairies (yes that's how they awkwardly talk and refer to themselves, like, "hey, I'm the fairy here to clean your house." It's weird and silly) for new tenant cleaning before we moved-in. The agreement was for 1 clean house, regardless of the amount of time. They estimated 8 hours based off square footage. I show up the next morning and the place is still filthy. As follows: -Not swept or mopped -None of the cabinets were cleaned -None of the window sills were wiped -Mouse dropping throughout kitchen, including inside lower oven drawer, and floor level kitchen cabinets -Filthy bathtub and unscrubbed sinks -Trash left on the floor -Walls scuffed (the kind of scuff that comes off with a paper towel and water) -Gum wrappers stuck to the walls The place just simply wasn't clean. I assumed they didn't even show up. It looked like the kind of cleaning a lazy college kid would do on their rush to move out. Nothing like the dozen or so other professional cleaning services I have used over the last few years. So I call my landlord, assuming they just missed it or something, and that's where the real fun begins. He is assured that someone did indeed come by, and the job was completed, so he schedules me with one of their "quality assurance" people to go over what I thought should have been cleaned better. Oh I don't know, just things like the entire list I already mentioned. So a couple of kids show up with a lady, and one of the kids assures me that he and one of their new employees were indeed there the day before. I tell him that's odd because our handyman, who was there all morning, hadn't seen them, and I got there at 4:30. Turns out they were there from 1:00 to 4. So two kids show up to clean an entire house in 3 hours. Yeah, ok, that's just failed logistics. So I'm supposed to be moving in, but instead I'm talking to these two kids, and the QA person, who are baffled that I think the house should actually be clean. They were in fact downright defensive about it. When I showed them the list of things mentioned above, they have an excuse at every single turn, finally culminating in the admission that the job probably needs more time than 6 cumulative teenager hours. So I'm thinking we're getting somewhere. Then they tell me they are scheduled for 1 hour to make up the work. Haha, no. There was at least a full day of cleaning that still needed to be done. However, they assure me that doesn't matter, since they have a tight schedule to keep. I leave for the hour and come back, and on their way out they assure me the place is now up to their standards. Again, Molly and her "managers" just simply didn't schedule enough time to do the job. All of the issues were addressed in the cursory manner that one can give an entire house cleaning that has to be completed in an hour. Needless to say, the house was still filthy, complete with mouse droppings still in the cabinets, which was the main thing I pointed out to them. That didn't stop them from contacting my landlord and telling him that I was more than happy with the job. Obviously even a toddler would be dissatisfied with that level of "service," so I call today and speak to the owner, Molly. She's well aware of the situation already, and is immediately defensive and condescending towards me about it. She says that the job probably needed more like 20 hours, so it's not her fault that it wasn't clean after the now claimed 12.5 hours they already spent there. 20 hours?! I could clean that whole 1000sqft house alone in 6 hours. And I'm not a mathematician, but two people for 3 hours, plus 3 people for 1 hour, doesn't add up to 12.5 hours. Then we FaceTime with Molly to show here around, but the connection isn't great, so she's not really able to see everything. That doesn't stop her from essentially calling us liars, and telling us they already did everything we were addressing. And here again, she has an excuse at every turn, completely sight unseen, and is getting ruder by the moment. I heard her people in the background contradicting our issues and laughing at our anguish like it was funny. This is my life, and I am sleeping on a couch until I can move-in. Super funny guys. People are relying on you for this service. This is my home that is uninhabitable because you sent a couple teenagers over here with way less time than they needed to do the job. There is literally mouse poop in places that would be touching my towels and dishes. Would you feel comfortable moving into that, Molly? "Fairy" was an hour late with only a flimsy excuse. I called the office twice to ask where my cleaner was and not only was I not informed, I wasn't told when to expect her nor given a call back with any reason nor ETA. Had the "Fairy" actually done a good job I would've let this slide but because my house was fairly clean in the first place, she just did a surface clean and not a deep clean like I was paying for. For example, she cleaned two panes of a sliding glass door but not the third. I also requested that they email me an invoice, not sent, and over a week later, they still haven't cashed my check. Disorganized is an understatement. I can't suggest a better cleaning service in Boulder, but I recommend you avoid The Cleaning Fairies. read more

My experience with the Cleaning Fairies sounds nearly identical to Rho K.'s. I highly recommend that you read his entire review, for every word of it is pertinent to my own experience. The job I hired them to do was either not done or done poorly, and therefore I had to hire a different company to do it. In the owner Molly's final e-mail to me she says, in all capital letters, "I HAD A BAD FEELING THAT YOU MAY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SEVERAL MORE FREE CLEANING HOURS, I WAS RIGHT." and concluded, "I fail to understand how you can feel morally sound in manipulating Fairies into doing so much more than the scope of work. I take responsibility for not following my gut and walking away after the first batch of bogus complaints when you had asked my staff to change the scope of work." I had no ulterior motive. The Faries did not do what they were hired to do. For the cleaners who did what the Cleaning Fairies couldn't, I paid in full and left a generous tip. If my goal had been to cheat a cleaning service for free hours I would not have taken the time to write this review. I appreciate the effort of the folks in the cleaning fairies office who did their best to make things right. But Molly should know that being rude to clients or flat out ignoring them is an unacceptable way to manage your business, and if she piles up a few more reviews like this, she won't be in business for much longer. read more

I hired them for a move out clean. They did a really bad job. I pretty much had to go back and clean the apartment all over by myself. When I complained, their customer service pretty much told me that the cleaning crew was good and it was my fault that they didn't do a good job. I regret hiring them. We have been using The Cleaning Fairies for a long time. We have had great service from our two lead fairies. Their support crew have always done a good job too. They have the cleaning priority list and are available to assist with other areas when we request it. They constantly check in to make sure we are satisfied with the service. The fairies epically FAILED to clean our home when they were booked through our landlord. They supposedly sent a team over and when we arrived, we assumed they hadn't been there because the house was so dirty. We tried to FaceTime with the owner Molly to show her but had a bad connection so she sent one of her reps over to see in person. Heather, the rep, was completely appalled and talking bad about her company. She couldn't believe how bad the house was. Dirt left on the floor. Cabinets not wiped down. Dirty Windows. Dirty sinks and tubs. Dog hair on the ground. Heather returns and creates a two page punch list of what still needs to be cleaned in the home. Molly finally admits they messed up and did not do a good job - see her text in photo - and asks if they can send over their 'A Team' to fix it the next day at 3pm. She PROMISES us that the punch list they made will be completed the next day. Next day, 3:15pm rolls around and finally a fairy calls to say they aren't coming. She tries to say she's had a long day and is tired and won't be able to come until the next day. Really?! Are you kidding? This is how you fix your mistake? Finally they round up someone to come and tell us they are going to have to stay really late to finding the job. We agree to that and wait for someone to show up over an hour. The fairy Crystal tells us she's never seen the punch list so we offer to show her. She spends about an hour cleaning and once 5pm hits, she running out the door. She claims she doesn't know about the punch list and refuses to go over it with us. Needless to say she didn't come anywhere near completing it. When we contact them about what happened they tell us it's not their problem. I have no idea how you all have business if this how you treat your clients. I was very patient and reasonable when I contacted them about the problems. Molly only responded with sarcasm and rudeness. I am appalled at how horrible our experience was and am really in shock that Molly thinks that the quality of work they did was acceptable. read more

I hired Cleaning Fairies a few months ago to clean my home. The two cleaners Molly sent asked me many questions about what to clean even though I had met with Molly and gone over everything with her before they got there. They did an adequate job with my close supervision. I called the owner Molly and asked her if she had a different team available since the crew seemed very inexperienced and I did not have time to supervise them again. She confirmed that the two she sent were new and still being trained (apparently by the customers). I also told her they smelled of smoke. She said she could not replace this team since they had already cleaned my house once. I decided to give them another try a couple weeks later and they did not do a good job. I had given specific directions to clean my hardwood floors with Bona and left the pads out for them. The entire first floor is hardwood. When I got home I noticed my floors were very slippery and greasy feeling. My cleaner pads had not been used. I called Molly and told her I was not happy with the clean. Her office kept sending me bills even after I sent her a picture of my dirty floor cleaning pad whiich I used on my floors right after her crew had "cleaned." Recently I have been contacted by a collection agency on behalf of Cleaning Fairies. They did a poor job and I told them why I didn't pay for it. I assume they have many unhappy customers for them to hire a collection agency. I certainly will not pay them for such poor service. read more
