Overall, I was pretty underwhelmed with the service. There were still noticeable spots on the carpet -- the same ones we've been able to lighten ourselves using our small Green Machine -- and I expected those to be fully treated with professional equipment. I was also surprised they didn't vacuum before cleaning. Every other carpet cleaner we've used has done a thorough vacuum first, especially important with two large dogs in the house. Instead, they cleaned over the pet hair, which left wet clumps pushed up against the baseboards and scattered throughout the carpet. While the technicians was extremely nice and polite, the overall quality just didn't meet expectations. We'll likely look for a different company next time we have the carpets cleaned. Edit after the owner replied: My wife asked the technicians point blank if they vacuumed before the they started the steam clean and they said they do not do a vacuum beforehand.
