While she's doing your hair, she's screaming on my ear and talking awful things about all her past customers. I found her because I needed a hairstylist who could do a Brazilian Blowout for me and my daughter. Unfortunately, I trusted her to do both of our BB, and I went to the first appointment and made a second appointment for my daughter for the following day. But on the day of my appointment, I discovered how awful it feels to have a hairstylist talking really loud next to your ear for more than three hours. Also, as soon as I got there and she saw my hair, she said, "I have to charge you more for your Brazilian Blowout," and I said it's okay . So I paid the extra $55. But it wasn't the same for my daughter's appointment day . When we got there, this lady started yelling that she needed to cut her hair short because I told her to cut it short. I told her, "I never told you that!" Because we only communicated through text, I asked her to show me the text that said to cut it shorter, and of course, she couldn 't find the text. Then she said, "I have to charge extra because I'm not cutting the hair short anymore! " Then I went outside to my car, and she sent me a text saying her hair was not going to be completely straightened with the Brazilian Blowout, so if I didn'twant to do it, I shouldn 't do it. She was very upset, screaming to me and  very hostile in front of all the customers in the salon. This made my daughter very anxious to the point that she got an ANXIETY ATTACK!! She only cut her ends and kept screaming , "Did you cut it? Because it looks awful, it's uneven!" My daughter became so upset that when she wanted to wash her hair, she was already feeling ANXIETY , and we had to leave right away! This is exactly what I DID NOT ASK FOR. I never asked for layers and I did not ask for shoulder hair length in the front. From the front my hair looks so short down to my ears and the back looks like I have 3 hairs. it is longer on the right than the left and it is so uneven.
