Their skill level might be adequate for a barbershop, but not for a hair salon. This is the second time I've been to this salon; the first time was about 5 years ago. I asked for caramel highlights, and they gave me horrible blonde highlights. A week ago, I passed by and saw new staff and decided to just get a haircut....I regret making that decision. I asked for a cut to my shoulders, and they left it super short, at the nape of my neck, and completely awful. My friends and family told me it looks terrible. Now I have to wear a hat or something to cover it up, and I'll have to wait months for it to grow out. So, avoid wasting your money and crying in frustration afterward. By the way, the person who attended the this time was Yu Si Dar.
