With PT and care, I have been able to go another two years without it. I will probably be scheduling the surgery soon and would not trust anyone else more than I do Dr. Grimm. I asked if dr grimm was incapable of coming to his own conclusions, which was not received well. I explained that it had been a while, I did not want to contact the other dr's office, I knew I would need a new mri, and asked if he would please see me as my situation had gotten worse, still no. I want(ed) a second opinion as I was not sure that I trusted the other dr, and the fact the dr david grimm would not see me without his knowing who the other dr is, makes me wonder as to his motives, or does he actually need the head-start from the notes? Regardless, it's very frustrating, but I guess that's the healthcare system these days.

Oh goodness. I was completely expecting a bad experience after walking in and seeing signs all over…read morethe place acknowledging that although they are an urgent care, don't expect to be seen. Appointment patients are the priority. Reinforced by the receptionist in a not so nice way. You literally advertise being an ortho urgent care. Why be so rude when patients walk in asking to be seen. Patient services from the sign and reception should be a 1 star. My son who is so laid back and chill said 'there's literally no one else here except us'. Truly the waiting room was definitely empty and provider rooms were seemingly also empty. The provider agreed to see my son per the receptionist and he, Dr Brown, was absolutely wonderful. He helped explain my son's pain and that there was no cause for concern for fractures or tears in the muscles. Just needs to be PT for his shoulder blades and strengthening. He was fantastic. He did X-rays and reviewed them with us. Just took off one star for the lack of welcoming in the building from the signage and reception.

No one ever returned my call. There is a total lack of care for your health and well being. Do not use this facility you will be disappointed and left looking for answers.
