I started my commute from NYC to the Verona location, but found it odd I never received a reminder -- so I called, only to learn that my appointment was never actually booked, despite scheduling it over the phone 2.5 weeks ago. They managed to squeeze me in later in the day with Megan. However, when I arrived just five minutes past their 10-minute grace period (after calling ahead to let them know I'd be slightly late), I was told I had missed my appointment and the most she could offer was a conversation -- not the actual service. I found this incredibly disappointing and frustrating, especially given the effort it takes to travel from NYC without a car, and the fact that I've been a loyal client for years. It's unfortunate to end things on this note, but I can no longer recommend Montclair Rejuvenation Center after today's experience.

Boy, that's got the girl UNHAPPY that I was jumping the gun. Well excuse me for doing what I was supposed to do. Second time, no "hello" but at least I got a "thank you" for the co-pay. I used to work in a doctors office so I know what's up, and I also know it's tough if you're real busy and ppl don't treat you right. So, I forgive them, but I'm giving them a low review still because the massive amount of attitude they hand out to other patients. He was rude, dismissive, and even made an inappropriate under-the-breath comment saying "she should've been here" while I was on the phone. His behavior toward both my wife and his staff was condescending and unprofessional. He came across as cocky, arrogant, and lacking any compassion for patients or the people working around him. For someone who is supposed to be a medical director, his conduct was shocking and unacceptable. A dermatologist should care about their patients and provide reassurance during stressful situations--not make them feel belittled. I will absolutely make sure to share our experience with others, because no family should have to go through this type of treatment from a doctor. Do yourself a favor and find another dermatologist who actually cares about their patients. Terrible experience--never again. How do I know if it even needed to be cut out? The other bump was not visible and was tiny but he said to have it cut out the following day. He said, Trust me you do not want to do them separately, then quickly walked out of the room. There were no reasons or explanations given. All the talking done was fast and to his assistant who took notes. Many other doctors show you more care, so look around until you get a caring doctor.
