The office/ billing person took a long amount of time to run my insurance and she called them with questions. She came back with a price for my portion of the procedure. I had to pay this price in full before it could be started. I also asked that they get the X-ray from my other dentist since I had all ready paid for them, when I made the appointment. The dental assistant said they did not get my xrays , but that they would not charge me for them. The temporary crown was not comfortable and I had more pain with the temporary than I did with the loose bridge. I felt as if they rushed the temporary since it was a holiday weekend. Today I received a bill for 128 more dollars. No list of charges just a PAY NOW bill. I noticed when looking on my insurance that the out of network doctor s prices were covered in full. So looks like my visits and my family will gravitate to the dentist with reasonable prices and a honor when giving pricing for procedures. I have had other procedures at my other dentist and I have never been billed more. So your 128.00 bill cost you much more since my spouse needs a crown.

And I have to say, its true and I am very surprised there are no reviews for his practice. I have been coming here since before I can remember. I have never had a cavity so really all I could speak to before were the cleanings. Which have always been great, but today I went in for an hour long procedure and the lady taking care of me was a doll. She calmed my anxiety and Dr. Godfroy was talking me through it the whole way. My worst fear is being "tricked." I know that sounds dumb, but I had a nurse once say I wasn't going to get a shot, and then stabbed me with a needle and I passed out. I would much rather know what is coming so my expectations are on point and he made sure I was aware, but not to worry. The procedure was painless and I am sitting here wondering why I got myself so freaked out about it. I had the laughing gas, and the numbing agent and I couldn't feel any pain. Zip. Zero. Dr. Godfroy tells it like it is, in a charming and very comforting way. He has been in the industry forever and his knowledge is incredible. That stigma of the crazy dentist in movies has finally suppressed in my mind and I feel safe and confident that if I ever have any problems Dr. Godfroy will take care of me and do what is in my best interest.

Each time I selected option two, like the voicemail and the automated voice told me to do. The first time I called them back I was on hold for 4 minutes, and then was told that they were unavailable to take my call. The second time I called I got the same message. This last, and most recent time, someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. After that call, I got a text message stating that my appointment for tomorrow was cancelled and I need to reschedule. I do not recommend this place. They have awful service.

I saw multiple doctors, dentists and even a neurologist who all kept referring me to someone else. I was so sick of seeing people who didn't remember who I was, or the problem I was having, because no one could figure it out. I gave Dr. Head's office a call, even though I knew I couldn't go into the office and see him. He responded the same day, listened to my symptoms and gave his best guess at what could be the problem. He obviously had pulled up my chart before calling me, and took the time to re-familiarize himself with a patient he hadn't seen in a few years. That's more than I can say for any of the doctors or dentists I've seen down here. I'm not sure if his diagnosis is correct yet, but I will be mentioning it to the next dentist I see. I'm considering driving back to KY to have him take a look because he is the only dentist I trust at this point. Really appreciate Dr. Head's care and concern that he shows for his patients, I'd highly recommend him as a primary dentist.
