They also gave us a coupon to have the broken glasses repaired at a nearby place. The selection of frames is limited, but all are listed at good prices. I am so glad we found this place. Shortly after receiving them, I realized the glasses were not working correctly for me. When I returned to the store to address the issue, I expected the staff to help resolve the problem. Instead, the situation was handled very poorly. I was told there was essentially nothing they could do, even though the glasses were clearly not usable for me. There was very little effort to troubleshoot the problem or provide a reasonable solution. As a patient, I trusted this business with my vision care and used my insurance benefits there. When something goes wrong with a prescription or lenses, a reputable optical provider should stand behind their work and help correct the issue. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because the store refused to properly resolve the situation, I had to escalate the issue by requesting a refund, filing complaints, and contacting my bank. This entire situation could have been avoided if the business had handled the matter professionally and prioritized customer care. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this location ask very clear questions about their policies before purchasing glasses here. The Dr did not sign the prescription; and I've been told they do not know when she will be in to sign it. These are independent Dr's so no other opticians can validate the prescription. From the moment we walked in, our man Julian, took care of us with excellence. He is an incredibly sharp young man who hopes to be an optometrist one day and is well on the way to getting there! I feel like because you only go there once a year the Doctor is not super personable with you. My check up today was with Dr. Osman. It is usually with a lady doctor. He was very nice and friendly. He asked me questions and talked to about the changes in my eyes. My appointment was at 9:15 and they asked me to be there by 9 which I was. I was in doing the pretest by about 9:10 and in with the doctor about 10 minutes after that. It was early so it wasn't a big crowd. It was nice and quiet. The staff checked in on me while I sit and wait which was really nice. So when I come here I only usually get my prescription for my glasses. I never purchase in the store because my insurance gets me a better deal at a different place. So I can't speak to the deal that they usually have on your glasses , the buy two pair blah blah blah. But as far as going just to get my eyes checked and get my prescription it's a really good experience.
