No interior treatment since 2019, no bait station service since 2023--but the charges just kept coming. I've been battling cancer since 2022 and even let them know, yet they offered no alternative, no adjustment, no discount--just kept billing like clockwork without delivering the service. What's worse? They recently told me that the bait stations on my property belong to a third party, something they never disclosed when I paid for installation years ago. Now they want to retrieve the stations but still refuse to acknowledge the lack of service or offer any credit for services not rendered. I asked for a resolution. They refused. Things always seem to happen on the weekend. This past weekend, we were invaded by an over…read moreabundance of wasp activity that had moved to our upstairs so it was time to call someone with wasp expertise. Fortunately for us my urgent call was responded to by an efficient call center and an early morning appointment was set for the next day with Anytime Pest Elimination & Pest Control. Bright, early and about 5 to 10 minutes before 8, I received a call from "Andrew" that he was on his way. He arrived within that time frame, checked out the situation and immediately targeted where the pesky little critters were congregating inside the house as well as checked the outside and recommended places to be additionally caulked or screened.
