First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. He and Jose set traps, thoroughly inspected the property, and sealed all potential entry points around the garage and the entire house using wire mesh and foam. He also checked the attic and placed traps there as a precaution. After we emptied the garage, he returned to vacuum and disinfect all the affected areas. More recently, when we uncovered another area that needed attention, he promptly came back to clean and disinfect it as well. Jesus is extremely thorough, professional, reliable, and has a wonderful attitude and sense of humor, making an unpleasant situation much easier to deal with.
