Dr McGuire was. professional when I first met him and seemed concerned about my medical condition. I went to see him for a follow up session scheduled at 1 PM at their offices. I arrived at 12:50 and at 1:30. I approached the desk as I was still not called in to be seen. I was told that he was with a patient and that there was one other person ahead of me. How is that possible unless they double and triple book patients. It would've been at least another hour before I would see him. I decided to leave and left notice that he contact me as I was told a follow up session would not be for three months down the line. Not only was I not contacted by Dr McGuire, I was told that he no longer would be my gastroenterologist. The attitude and the demeanor of the staff was horrendous. I asked to see a office manager when I was at the office and was denied. I called the next day and asked to speak to the office manager, and was told that she would call, which of course never occurred. There are many good practices out there that specialize in Gastro health and I would advise that you choose one of them over this practice. Just a word of caution for any prospective patients.
