Let me tell you:…read morejumping off that fence into Dr. Mahjoubi's clinic was one of the best decisions of my life. The Ketamine Healing Clinic isn't just a clinic--it's a sanctuary for those of us who have tried everything else and need a new lease on life. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth, compassion, and a feeling that, maybe for the first time in a long time, I was in the right place. Dr. Mahjoubi is an absolute blessing. He's not just a doctor; he's a healer who genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain, and make you feel safe in what can be a pretty daunting process. I never once felt rushed or like just another patient. The treatments themselves? Life-changing. I walked in feeling hopeless and walked out feeling like I had been given a second chance. It's not magic, but it's the closest thing I've found to it. The calm, the clarity, and the relief I've felt since starting my sessions are indescribable. It's like someone turned the lights back on in a room that had been dark for years. If you're tired of feeling stuck and are ready to try something different, do yourself a favor and book that consultation. Dr. Mahjoubi and his team are truly doing something special here, and I can't thank them enough for giving me my life back.

Both Dr. Mahjoubi and his staff was incredibly responsive when I had any questions or concerns. I was on the program for about 6 months or so and it helped me at a time nothing else would. I went off it after to try TMS which was a total waste of time and money. My situation changed financially so I couldn't afford to go back but I honestly felt like it was very helpful while I was in the program. Compared to other Ketamine options, I found his pricing to be reasonable for the care offered and would not hesitate to return should my finances allow.

This Facility and its Staff are so Outstanding that I am half-tempted to Gate Keep how Wonderful…read morethey are, lest they become too Overpopulated with this Review. In Los Angeles, you have to pretty much roll up Dead or Close to Dead for anyone in Urgent Care/ Emergency/ ICU to even Talk to you. I Legit called 911 at the Request of my Friends and Family who live Outside of L.A., (where Doctors and Nurses actually take a look at you before you Kick the Bucket) and the Paramedics told me they would basically be an Expensive Uber while I Wait Forever since my Head was not Bleeding Out. Thanks to the world of Yelp Reviews, (and my Intimate Knowledge of L.A. County) I found the Sanctuary that is Providence Saint Joseph's in Burbank, open 24-7. No Sooner had I handed the Admissions Nurse my Registration (my Rear literally landed for 2 Seconds on my Comfy Seat in a very Sparsely Populated ) than another Nurse called me into a Room with a Doctor overseeing from his Computer. They took my Vitals and ran a Preliminary Diagnostic within minutes before I was promptly sent to get my Bloodwork done. I didn't even have time to Sit before I was called in for my Bloodwork, which was over and Done with Lickety Split before sending me back to my Comfy Chair back in the Lobby. This is where the actual Waiting happened, where as I was told by the Hematologist would take the Lab about 1.5 hours to get the Results. Fortunately, having experienced the Nightmare that is an L.A. Emergency Room on one other occasion, I brought a Book. By the time I finished said Book once Hour 2 Rolled around, I started getting Antsy and asked the Admissions Nurse how much Longer it would be. She said the Lab Work had come in, they were just waiting for a Room to see me in now. Moments later, I was called in. The next Doctor reassured me that there were no Blood Clots, Liver, or Heart Failure... the Bilateral Swelling in my Feet was the Result of a Reaction to a Brown Recluse Spider and several Mosquito Bites, for which he Prescribed me some Steroids from the nearest 24-7 CVS that made the Swelling go away within 2 Days. The only Downside of this place is that it has a Mandatory $10 Parking Lot, which is absolutely Nutty considering it is Mostly Empty for Several Floors. Like, C'mon. That's Ridonkulous. But aside from that BS, the Facility is as Extremely Clean as it is Comfortable, and the Staff is as wicked Friendly as it is Efficient! 3000 Stars!!!

RN's who deliver compassion and excellent caregiving work with patients, those that have no compassion and can only dream of mediocrity become caseworkers. If I were ever so unfortunate as to wind up at this hospital under the care of Dr Lue with Mary Hogan as my caseworker, I would immediately set myself on fire so I could experience a quick and less agonizing death. Highlights of my aunt's medical stay include: - not recording my aunt's medication accurately in their system for days after receiving it, - not getting an accurate medical history through the person who took her to all her doctor appointments (ME) - giving her medication that we EXPLICITLY told said she was allergic to - gaslighting us by telling us that she wasn't actually allergic to the medication because she had not developed severe symptoms immediately (the allergy has been verified and documented by two different physicians who have treated my aunt for years). If my aunt was experiencing an internal discomfort from that medication, she could not communicate that because she was recovering from a stroke that she had while in their care. - telling the family that they would not help us coordinate a medical transport back to our home state because insurance kept them on the phone for 20 minutes and they did not have time for that - when we asked them to explain why my aunt was not eligible for a particular treatment to "Google it" - saying on medical records, and to our faces that we agreed to things that we never agreed to, and that we were informed about things we were never informed of - delivering discharge papers at the end of the day on Friday, knowing that we had not yet been able to arrange transportation to a place where she could receive care back home in what I can only assume was an effort to force our hand into admitting her into a care facility in California away from her primary support system I could go on, but my thumbs are so sore. from googling how to get my aunt out of whatever level of hell that Providence Saint Joseph's hospital occupies. If you were ever in need of urgent, medical attention, I would recommend doing yourself a favor and bleeding out on the street. It would be more dignified. and kinder death..
