Our builder had a "preferred lender" but we chose to stay with Travis as we appreciated most his responsiveness. If we sent him an email with in 10-15 mins it was answered. We have rats in the dryer due to their being no vent covers in the house (per the person they sent) now they say it's our issue. We went 3 weeks without laundry because the electrical panel was rusted and the breaker caused the whole house to lose power multiple times. It takes weeks to get updated, if you get any at all. Never rent a property with them, you'll be living with leaks, mold and rats . They also sent the most unqualified people to try and fix things.
