My…read moreexperience: I was told Mark wanted us to complete an application for a bridge loan my retired mother needed in order to secure her dream home. I was planning on acting as a coapplicant, I was told to complete an application on a Saturday, and that this man would somehow be able to help. I knew he couldn't because I had already spoken with a bridge loan specialist. Mark could have reached out to me to confirm what our needs were, what we were trying to accomplish. He would have known from a phone call that he did not need me to complete an application. He never attempted to communicate, never asked any questions about our goals--all he asked me to do was complete an online application. Which I did. My first communication from Mark was an email he sent saying I was must have been having trouble with the online app, because apparently he couldn't find it. I had completed it. Never the less, he sent a paper copy and instructed me to complete that and fax it back to him. He figured out that I had completed the online application, and apparently submitted it and ran my credit--which was not only moot, it was as damaging. So to review: Mark never attempted to communicate with me; He had no clue what I wanted or needed, and didn't seem concerned; He sent applications to complete, that was the extent of his communication; And then he caused a hit to my credit with an unnecessary check. Afterward I received an email from Mark in which he acted as though I was wasting his time--and I felt slammed by his message--as he mentioned all the reasons I could not be helped. One star is generous for my experience with Mark and Movement mortgage. And update: as you can see from Marks reply--he has no humility and accepts no responsibility. These are my opinions based on my demonstrably verifiable experience Good luck!
