I'm NOT a real estate agent. I considered using Ashley Sanchez as a mortgage broker. She was compared to Wells Fargo. Not only were her fees a bit higher, but she was rude and unprofessional. At one point she told me there were 3 other people getting quotes to purchase the same house I was putting on offer on, and I should consider this in my offer. Not only did she reveal private information from other people, but she was trying to pressure me to bid higher. Ultimately there were no competing offers and they accepted my offer at 10K below asking. I am now happily with Wells Fargo! read more

As first time home buyers, we were completely clueless about the whole process and we had some extenuating circumstances that made our loan application a bit tricky. As first time homebuyers, we have heard horror stories about the lending process, and were very nervous about this part of the home buying experience. From the first contact with Ashley, our worries were eased. She was very detailed and clear about what she needed from us, and was always available to explain anything and everything when we had questions. She is incredibly knowledgeable about her field, and you can tell she keeps up to date on the current climate and trends in the financial/mortgage world. She was always able to explain things to us in a way we could understand, and would break down all the technical jargon when necessary. Call me a worrywart, but towards the end I just kept waiting for something bad to happen thinking, it couldn't possibly be this smooth... For once, even though it felt too good to be true, it actually was! For personal reasons we had requested a 45 day close from the sellers which they agreed to, but our loan was ready to go well under the standard 30 day mark. I simply cannot recommend Ashley & Vitek enough, we felt we were in the best of hands throughout the entire process, and would absolutely use them again if we had to do it over. read more

Ashley Sanchez was nice at first, but then she started to get too pushy. As a first time home buyer, we like to sit down and go over the numbers, but she was too pushy when it came to the appraisal signing and information. She was worst than a car salesman. She wanted us to pay for things that wasn't needed. She was rushing us. We let her know we were shopping around for interest rates and that we found a better deal with bank of America, she responded " Don't waste my time". She was a former employee at bank of America and she told us we we won't be able to close on time, but guess what we closed early and we saved so much money. Her numbers she calculated for us were wrong, it made us feel as if we were being cheated. Bank of America has given us a lower and better interest rate with 0 points. As a first time home buyer Vitek mortgage made our experience really stressful. My advice for every home buyer is to shop around before going to Vitek. read more
