Steve had been my go to guy for a few years. He is PHENOMENAL! He has the patience of a saint, deals with my serious disorganization, and helps me find all of the tax breaks that I am entitled to. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they use a secure digital file system so that I could upload files ahead of time. Very helpful! On the day of my appointment, John was able to knock out my mom's taxes in an hour or less. Thankfully her taxes are pretty straightforward, but the federal and state returns were e-filed and everything processed in a couple weeks. That was great!
