We love the convenience on how we can easily make appointments through text. We've being seeing Dr Weisbecker for 6 yrs. He's very personable and gives you the cracks you need. His office is in a good location with plenty of parking next to Foodland.

    Dr Weisbecker performing his magic.

He made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. I never felt rushed, and the treatment was gentle yet incredibly effective. I noticed relief almost immediately and felt so much better after my adjustment. Office Experience: Its been a long time since I've recieved a chiropractic adjustment & wanted to try somewhere new. had an amazing experience at this chiropractic office. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greated me by name which caught me by surprise. Super welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The office itself is clean and well-organized. Tips: -Limited parking -Open Office Concept (no private rooms) I highly recommend this chiropractor to anyone dealing with pain, tension, or just looking to improve their overall health. I'm so glad I found this place and will definitely be returning!

It is definitely Waipio's loss, but for patients in Kapolei you're very, very lucky to have her coming your way. Dr. Stephanie is amazing and I always feel like not only does she care, but she manages to squeeze so much into my 10 minute appointment. Most importantly I always leave feeling great, and like I got my moneys worth. I also love how she changes things up in each and every appointment, and has introduced me to new techniques that I've never experienced before with any of the other Doctors. After having Dr. Stephanie's special touch on my back, opened my eyes, and made me realize how stale and repetitive my past appointments had become. I also want to tell you about the incredible receptionist that works in the Waipio office. Her name is Erin, (hope spelling is correct) and WOW does she know her stuff. She always goes above and beyond to help, and you can count on Erin to research an issue/problem and follow up with a phone call. I must add that in the years I've been going to the Island Family Chiropractic in Waipio, I never encountered a problem with any of the receptionists, and to be honest I don't remember any of them, but Erin makes a lasting impression because she is unforgettable, and just that good at her job. I've have never experienced a receptionist like Erin. Her help for me personally has been invaluable. She is enthusiastic, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly impressive. I would go so far to say that in all dealings of my life I have never experienced a receptionist like Erin. She really sets the bar high in terms of excellence and is a great example of how all receptionists should be. I hope Island Family Chiropractic recognize how big an asset both Dr. Stephanie and Erin are, and you should give yourself a big pat on the back for employing such amazing people to work in your offices.

I've been on a motorcycle accident rehab journey since 2014 so I've had my fair share of physical rehab as well so there are things regarding the spine, and tissue, that I have already been aware of. I also chose this clinic because it had mostly 5 star ratings with one bad rating - that had nothing to do with their practice so I disregarded it. The great things were that everyone was friendly. Good vibes. However I thought the assessment was not that thorough considering my previous chiropractic experience which included X-rays, posture assessment; spine, pelvic position, feet position, etc. This had none of that but more just asking where the pain was and my history about the pain. Then he went straight to aligning and cracking with no warming up. In the past I'd have electric stim for about 10 min with a warm pad, massage about 5 min to loosen the area, and then the alignment and it wasn't so harsh. Sometimes they'd incorporate laser therapy, or infrared therapy. Overall I thought the care was so incomplete. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good. My old chiropractor would also go over rehabilitation exercises that would help strengthen those areas. This clinic had none of that nor was he curious as to what kind of rehab exercises I did. For those of you who are searching for long term results in healing your joint and tissue dysfunction you need to research FRC- Functional Range Conditioning, Kinstretch which is a branch of FRC, PAILs and RAILs - Progressive / Regressive Angular Isometric Loading. These exercises are proven to rebuild tissue quality and neurological connection to those areas improving hydration to those areas. Another thing your chiropractor won't tell you is how your diet (which should be aligned with your ancestry and genes) and your quality of sleep will help with the healing process or poor practices will keep you spiraling out of order. Chiropractic care is only temp relief and does serve a purpose. Thank you guys for that. But it should by no means be a crutch to get by with temp episodes of mobility. Sure accidents happen and they can jump start the process but be aware you don't have to depend on them weekly when you learn and discover how to rebuild tissue and neurological connections. It becomes just another money making machine without actually healing root problems. Good Luck to you all. Hope I brought a ton of awareness to a lot of people who are needing real long term results.
