I was referred to Dr. Kato several months ago when I first hurt my back lifting weights. Being that it was my first time seeing a chiropractor, I was nervous. Turns out I had no reason to be. Dr. Kato has an easy going nature about him that it's difficult to be nervous. He takes the time to explain things and is constantly asking if there was any pain through the entire process. Last week I went back to see him for some lower back pain. I left feeling better. When I started feeling the pain again the next day, I called and was really happy that he could squeeze me in on short notice. It's seems that he's a popular chiropractor since he's pretty busy. On my most recent visit he did some muscle work, then taped up my lower back; explaining what the kinesio tape does, how it works, and let me know what I should do to help with the pain. Dr. Stephen Kato is one of a kind. He is very easy going and tries to fit you in his schedule since he is quite popular as a chiropractor. His adjustments and tips are very helpful and unlike other chiropractors I've heard of it doesn't hurt. But the patient must relax!
