Had two extremely minor parking accidents that were too small to file a claim over to raise my premiums and Daniele's was more than fair in working with me on an out of pocket affordable solution that left both my cars looking brand new. As good as it gets is right. Although the place is a little cramped for space he did a great job. My 2010 Toyota RAV4 Limited Hood had some scratches on it. Franks guys made it like brand new. When I traded it in on a higher end car, 4 different people looked at it carefully at three different car dealers, and nobody suspected the Hood was ever painted. No over spray and whatever else they look for! I got top dollar for the car from the dealer. I think Daniel's is great and btw, they beat everyone else's price that I took it to. read more

Been coming here with both minor and major problems, and every time, Frank and his gang do a very good, on-bid job and their paint work is as good as their body work boy are excellent. The best thing about these wonderful guys is that they EXPLAIN everything (if you want them to), and they will tell you exactly where they are, when it will get done, and they give you a status of your job every time you call, even if you don't ask for it. I can't give a better recommendation, and I'd never go anywhere else. You will absolutely not find a better place to take your auto body/paint problems. read more

Going to a body shop is comparable to going to the dentist for me. I never want to go, but sometimes you have to. That said, Daniele's body shop makes the experience as pleasant as possible. Frank is patient and explains the process clearly. He keeps his word and I always feel like he's on my side to do the best possible job for me. My husband was anxious about a job interview and when moving our car had a fender bender with a rock wall. It was pretty banged up though. It scraped paint off and we could only get the door to close with real effort since it twisted the metal in several places. I called different places and no one would give us an estimate sight unseen, except Frank at Daniele's. Still, we wanted to compare prices so we brought the car to 2 other places: Silva's in Elmsford and Northern Westchester Auto Body. Silva's said it would be around $1,500 w/a used door, no paint. It would have ended up being much more than that, b/c I later found out that no used doors were available (from the other 2 vendors). Northern Westchester Auto Body's estimate was $2,842.14 with matching paint. I don't know why Westchester Auto Body's reviews say they are the most affordable. They were the least affordable of the three. Both of them said there was no way just to fix the door. Frank was the only one who gave us the option of just fixing the door for a few hundred dollars. After all it is a 9 year old car, and at best the Kelly Blue Book says it is worth at most $5K. It doesn't make sense to put one or two thousand dollars+ into this car. This was also important b/c we decided we would be better off paying out of pocket. I researched online and even a small accident like this would have likely substantially raised our insurance rates. They would then go up even more substantially if we then had another car accident that we had to go through insurance for. Frank was also a very nice, low pressure guy. Unlike the others, he really seemed to care about doing what was right for us, and not just squeezing the most money out of us as they could get. He understood that we would be paying for this ourselves and gave us an option we could afford. That means a lot to us. This also meant that we felt happy leaving our car with them before we even saw the end result. As for the end result, we were elated! Me & my husband couldn't believe how good it looked. We weren't expecting it to look that good for such a reasonable price. It doesn't look as good as new, b/c well, it isn't, but the damage isn't really noticeable. Part of that is because they went ahead and decided to do a paint touch up on the parts where the paint was gone with what seems an exact paint match. By the way, that is harder than it sounds, as my baby is metallic orange. Ultimately we walked away very happy with the result for $332.86. Just be sure to bring a check or you will incur an unnecessary and not tiny fee (around $13 and change) for using a credit card. My father was a mechanic back in the day and even he always said it is hard to find an honest mechanic (or car dealer, or actually anyone who works in any way with cars) . I feel I have found one of the good one's at Daniele's. Frank deserves much of the credit as a really decent guy who makes sure quality work is produced at a fair price. We will not hesitate to bring our car back to him in the future if we have any other unfortunate incidents with our car. We will also recommend you to friends and family. My husband and I were in a no fault car accident on 11/11/16 in our Honda Civic Coupe. The entire front of the car was wrecked. First car accident ever for us both so this was a new experience dealing with our car insurance and the entire process of getting the car fixed. Our car insurance told us we could use whatever auto body shop we wanted, but that if we went through the one they recommend, the process would be quicker. We looked at the reviews of Daniele's Auto Body Shop so felt totally at ease going with them as recommended by our car insurance. Our car was done within about two weeks and Daniele had constant communication with my husband about what was needed to be done and the progress. The night we picked up the car it was like magic! I could not even believe how great it looked. It was as if no accident ever happened. I was also so excited to see that they even waxed the car and cleaned the interior. It even smells like a new car! Daniele and his staff were also very professional, polite and pleasant.
